My experience was truly amazing . I got a breast reduction done . My breast look great plus I feel good. The operation was affordable no crazy unrealistic prices. Now I can shop till I drop on new sexy bras .
My experience was great I'm summer ready my post op nurse Christine took great care of me. I wanted bigger breast but instead the doctor recommended me to just get a lift because it was the safest route for me and I'm very happy with my results.
Dr. Kelly is an amazing Surgeon:). I had my breast done almost 13 years ago and they look so amazing and natural
Very happy w results. Surgery was much easier than expected. Very little pain. Felt great. They are not too big, my biggest concern. They are just right. I think they look perfect really. My only regret is I wish I had done sooner. The dr. Was very knowledgeable and the office staff was great easing my concerns.
Looked tired and wanted to improve my appearance. Dr. Kelly suggested both lower and upper blephoplasty. Procedure went well and I am very satisfied with the results. Also had filler placed around frown lines near my mouth and chin. This also greatly improved my overall look and restored a younger appearance.
I always was large chested. I always wished I was a tiny bit smaller. Being large chested just gets in the way of sports, being active, and fitting into clothes and especially bathing suits. Being a 32dd was not a too much of a problem until I had a baby. After that my breasts just faced south and I was more like a 34ddd. I was very self-conscious. I could not find bras or yoga clothes that fit properly. Even after I lost the pregnancy weight I knew I would never look like my old self. I had pain from always having to wear heavy duty bras and I looked heavier than I actually was. I had severe under breast chafing and severe rashes. I wanted to be back to my old size or smaller and lifted up. What I really wanted was a reduction but since I did not have the required volume my insurance denied it. I wanted to be able to exercise freely and be free of the constant pain I felt. The fact is if I was overweight or heavy set the surgery would have been most likely covered as a reduction and not cosmetic. My mother had the same issue and hers was covered. I was never nervous about scarring. My only regret is I didn't push more to go down to a small C cup. I'm still a double 32dd but everything is in the right place. I'm sure if I lost a few more pounds it would bring me down a bit. I definitely had volume so did not want implants at all. I chose Dr. Kelly because I had friends and family go to him and their results were fantastic. His staff was professional and I was able to arrange payments in advance and after to afford a surgery I felt by all means should have been covered by my insurance. I had no problems other than a few stitches coming out months later. I used the scar gel religiously and always wore my post surgery bras. The results today are great. And I no longer slouch to hide my chest. Dr. Kelly really made such a difference in my whole outlook and self esteem.
4 days post op- I will write in detail about the past few days but I am up and mobile being managed well with Percocet. Pain level about 1-2 minimal nausea. I was able to speak with the anesthesiaologist at length about my fear of nausea. He was able to reassure me that he would give maximums of anti nausea meds and pump me up with fluids which is what is responsible for nausea. I. Had the desire twice to barf after surgery passed quickly and managed well with alternating compazine and zofran. I also used queas ease which is OTC. I placed cotton balls with pepermint oil around the headboard and nightstand. Drank Gatorade non stop then pineapple juice and arnica tabs for bruising. By day 3 I had an appetite, but mostly ate cream of wheat Apple sauce crackers with peanut butter protein shakes. I will post after pics when I have them. Updated on 20 Jan 2015: Dr Kelly and medical assistant to undress wounds look at incisions and check patency of drains. Everything good, appointment was at 315 I was 5 minutes early and back to my car by 250pm, excellent customer service. Doctor said both nipples and belly button look great and are healthy "which isn't always the case". Receptionist remarked how good I looked post op. I have been using a walker and using body pillows to elevate legs and upper torso( don't have a recliner). Pain is very minimal at this point, took the perc. Round the clock every 4 hours up till now with pain remaing in the 1-3 range since surgery ( today about 1). I am walking hunched over and use the walker but now am able to brush my own hair and sponge bathe. Also able to use toilet now, was using female urinal first 3 days. I don't have post op pics yet but was very happy with the cleavage I now have and my incisions. My daughter has been my round the clock nurse and between her after care and this surgeons skill and care as well as his medical team I am doing very well. Dr Kelly is a very sweet man, I think one of the nicest doctors I know. Anyhow I will try to post after pics on Monday when the garments are taken off again by the surgeon. My drains will remain in place until there is less than 25cc per day in each drain, hopefully before I fly home. Updated on 24 Jan 2015: Went to see doc as I pulled out partially a Jackson Pratt drain, and they decided to remove them both as my drainage has decreased. Been on only Tylenol and antibiotics for last few days. Pain really has been at worst 2-3 but mostly 1-2. Back does hurt from being hunched over, but each day it stand a little straighter. Tried to walk at a mall to get out while in Miami well bad move I tired really easily. The next big thing is I will be able to take a real shower with regular tap water Monday before my flight home! That's in 2 days, I have one more doctor appt on Monday morning. I will post more pics from this morning, incision is healing and swelling going down!!! Updated on 24 Jan 2015: I have to say dr Kelly work n the entire practice from the receptionist to the medical assistants to the nurses, coordinators and rest of staff are EXCELLENT!!!! I get through easily to the office am seen quickly by the doctor and have had NO COMPLAINTS!!!! Irivette is awesome, if you are going to look at doctors in Miami for bbl, or ty or ba u ore it to urself to check this practice out. Worth every penny. BEWARE my daughter had a procedure at Vanity where her lipo was done beautifully but the post op care was really bad. I'm a RN and I can't believe what was done. If u want to know specifics hit me up privately I'll get u in touch with her. She is on realself read her review. She saw Dr Hassan who did beautiful work, no complaints, but some serious things happened after and the way the office handled it was awful Updated on 6 Feb 2015: So I have a seroma and it's been tough to have a plastic surgeon see me in NJ. Aspirating it is usually done but my primary doctor didn't want to mess with it unless infected then would send me to see a surgeon. I am waiting for Dr jelly to review my pics and let me know what he thinks. I may be flying back to Florida to have him do my 4 week check up and aspirated the seroma if necessary. I have posted 3 week post op pics Updated on 16 Feb 2015: I went back on 2-9-15 to be drained and then drained again on 2-12-15 before going back home. It wasn't as bad as I thought, they have me lidocaine at the area to be aspirated then withdrew 45 cc both times. I am wearing compression garment and now having lymphatic massage twice a week. I am standing upright but still feel tenderness at Breast occasionally and a tugging sensation in my stomache very minimal disconfort. I can't say enough about my care at Dr Kelly office, the whole team is excellent, worth the money spent. Please beware of bargains at some of these surgical centers I personally seen the shody care my daughter received at another less expensive practice. Dr Pascual and Dr Kelly are wonderful I will post updated pics soon Updated on 21 Feb 2015: Have started using scar strips Updated on 2 Mar 2015: Had an ultrasound no seromas! Still swelling if garment is off. Scars have a few areas where they look like they are starting to lighten up. Breast are still red and have been from the beginning does not appear to be infection no fever pain or temp. Just some mild discomfort at times. I plan to start walking on treadmill at 2.5-3.0 mph this week I'll let u know how it goes Updated on 2 Mar 2015: Updated on 30 Aug 2015: I'm so very happy with my results!!!!
I am 75 years old and felt that I always looked tired. I went to see Dr.Christopher Kelly of Monroe, Michigan. He suggested that an upper and lower eyelid surgery would correct this "tired" look. I decided to go ahead and have this procedure. The results to me seem phenomenal. People ask me what I have done, because I look so rested. Thanks to Dr. Kelly for his great skills as a surgeon. He was very gentle and took great care of me as a patient. My great regret is that I didn't have the procedure done sooner. Also Dr. Kelly has just relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to open his practice there. I know people in that city will welcome such a competent surgeon.
Dr. Christopher Kelly was my eyelid surgeon and I love my results. My eyes look youthful again, I can finally see my eye make-up. I'm so happy, excellent surgeon . The recovery was easy. Sutures were out in four days and my eyelids healed quickly. I had some bruising and swelling initially but Pretty much gone by a week.
My motivation was simple, i wanted to look as young in the mirror as i feel i am on the inside. I am married and mother of two children. I had the neck firming procedure done 6 months ago. I purposely waited to submit a review to make sure i was happy after the healing and swelling was compete. Dr. Kelly did my procedure and i really liked him. I did not feel pressured to commit, and he was very patient and answered all my questions. I will say after all the swelling goes away and this does take weeks my jawline probably doesn't look quite as tight, but i still love how i look. I have no more gowles and no turkey neck. As for all of the negative reviews about pain i will say the first 3 or 4 days are no picnic but take your pain meds and rest, i did not find it unbearable. I went back to work on the 8th day, i also included the PRP to my procedure and had no bruising on my face whatsoever. I am not at all sorry, im actually so glad i did this, i continue to be so happy with how i look. No one believes i am as old as i am! I love the change Dr. Kelly gave me and the staff at the Troy location were very nice. Updated on 15 Apr 2014: You have the wrong christopher kelly. The picture is not the same physician and my Dr. Christopher Kelly is from Troy, Michigan office.
Hi and welcome to our forum! Drooping lower eyelids after lower lid blepharoplasty (ectropian) may be apparent for a short period of time after surgery but subsides as the swelling abates. Persisting droopiness suggests excessive skin removal at surgery. Unfortunately we don't have a photograph to determine the extent of the droop or a time frame since your last surgery. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who has significant experience with these problems. Best wishes!
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, it is apparent that you have medial canthal webbing. You are presently pursuing conservative options of treatment including application of pressure with the silicone gel sheeting, massage, administration of topical steroids. In some, this will suffice, but many still require secondary surgery. A multiple z-plasty will release the scar if needed, but I would wait at least 3-6 months. Best wishes!
Hi and welcome to our forum! From the photos provided, it appears that your implants are riding a bit high on the mound which would explain the use of a strap to "encourage" downward migration of the implant. I recommend that you continue followup with your surgeon. Best wishes!
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photo, it appears you demonstrate grade 3 ptosis of the breasts. This can be corrected and the areolas made smaller with a full pattern mastopexy. Reducing the areolar skin only will not suffice as you will still have downward pointing nipple-areolar complexes. You can also add an implant if you wish more fullness at the superior pole of the breasts. You would represent an excellent candidate for the procedure. Best wishes!
Hi and welcome to our forum! Following BBL, 30-50% of the injected fat will not "take". As a result, the "over-fullness" immediately noted after surgery will subside over time. Most of the swelling will be gone after 6 weeks, but it takes 6-12 months for the final appearance to become evident. Best wishes!
