I feel more confident in my own skin and am motivated to maintain the results

This review is long overdue. I had, essentially, a “mommy makeover” in 2022. I chose to have an abdominoplasty and breast reduction at two different times, both performed in Dr. Casas’s office, approximately 3 months apart. As an RN, one thing I love about Dr. Casas is that she enjoys really educating her patients before and after surgery. She does have a protocol that she likes patients to adhere to for several weeks prior to surgery-good nutrition, a vitamin regimen, but nothing too overwhelming or difficult or expensive to follow. She makes herself available to her patients more than any other physician I have been treated by or worked with. That’s pretty amazing. If I had any question, no matter how small-she was quick to answer/respond, and never made me feel inferior for asking it. That right there is one of the best reasons to use Dr. Casas. You will see her frequently post-surgery, as she wants to be sure you’re healing well with no complications. For me personally, after I met her for my first/initial appointment , I loved her directness, and the fact that as a woman she knows our bodies and how they age. She will not sell you an unrealistic bill of goods-she wants her patients to be pleased with their results, and she really is a perfectionist. I completely trusted/trust her judgment and am beyond pleased with the results. I did commit to following her instructions and advice, and I do think patients need to do this for optimal results-it’s just common sense. Since having plastic surgery I feel more confident in my own skin and am motivated to maintain the results as long as I can through good nutrition and exercise. I owe so much to Dr. Casas-there isn’t one regret I have in choosing her and am confident recommending her to anyone contemplating plastic surgery. Also, a shout-out to her wonderful staff:)
