Outstanding....
I had a Mommy Makeover at CG Cosmetics on Dec 5,2018. My coordinator was Norgis, and the Doctor who performed the Surgery was Dr. Loessin.
First of all Norgis was absolutely the best coordinator, she responded to my emails and text in a timely manner, and she was always kind and sweet. One day before pre-op I was informed that non of my labs and test were
Sent over from my doctor. I completely panicked.....but Norgis walked me through the procedure for having my test and labs sent to them Stat. Folowing her directions I had all my test results sent within 2 hours. Afterward I was informed that I had irregularities with my EKG test, and would have to have it re- done. If the second test confirmed the results of the first test my surgery would be cancelled until I could see a cardiologist........ please understand all this happened 1 day before I was scheduled to get on a plane for Miami, and 3 days before my scheduled surgery. Everything was paid for , plane tickets, recovery house, supplies, Faja, massages. I mean EVERYTHING.
I was devastated. Norgis was my Saving Grace, her sweet demeanor and genuine concern helped me to pick myself back up and handle my business. I went immediately to my doctor office and had a second EKG performed which was sent to cardiologist along with the first results and it was determined that the first results were erroneous, had the results and clearance for surgery were emailed to CG.
Dr. Loessin will forever be my cosmetic surgery Hero..... he met with me before surgery, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and drew the outline on my body. Dr. Loessin has kind eyes and I trusted him immediately.
Surgery went well, no complications with my Mommy Makeover , and OMG.... I know I’m only 8 days post -op but I absolutely love the way I look. I keep having to look in the mirror to make sure it’s not a dream. Dr. Loessin is the Mommy Makeover guru. Thank you CG Cosmetics, along with Dr. Loesdin and my 1# coordinator NORGIS.......
