Thigh and arm lift

Two quick before and after photos at @Caryevans request!
My 2nd round of surgery was in June 2022 and went well. I had arm, thigh, and neck/face lifts.
Between both surgeries, nearly 14 lbs of excesss skin was removed.

Recovering in the Recovery Suites

Recovering in paradise... I spent the first few days mainly in bed, but eventually a large chunk of my day was spent out on the balcony. I loved listening to the ocean below.
There is also a mall and grocery on the ground floors. I had surgery on Tuesday, and on the following Saturday, I hobbled down to the salon to have my hair washed and dried and to get a mani/pedi. It's all very convenient!

Super Happy After Round #1!

Only good things to say about Premium Care Plastic Surgery, Dr. Campbell, Dr. Restrepo, all of the PCPS staff, and recovery suites... My on-site experience exceeded my expectations. It's weird to say that having approximately 8.5 pounds of excess skin removed from your torso felt like vacation, but it felt (mostly) like vacation because I was able to relax and de-stress to the sounds of the ocean while receiving all of the support and assistance that I needed during recovery. Sure, going to Colombia was way more cost-effective than doing similar procedures locally or within the USA in general, however I am convinced that, even if it didn't cost less, I still received better care at Premium Care PS. I was never rushed with the doctors and nurses, and daily lymphatic massages were included in my package, which I'd not have had locally, I am sure. Plus, I don't have an ocean view in the Midwest, USA.

I am an avid international traveler and have lived in Europe, so going to Colombia didn't make me nervous. My Spanish skills are very basic though, but it was fine. Communication with some staff requires some patience, but it was really no big deal to me. Everyone is lovely about it and makes an effort to understand what you need. That said, I felt very comforted that Dr. Campbell is a native speaker of English and that, when it came to my surgery, I wasn't concerned about anything being lost in translation or horribly misinterpreted.

My story: At age 51-52, I lost 150 pounds (50 lbs. during the 7 months prior to gastric sleeve surgery and 100 lbs. post gastric surgery). The excess skin was horrible, so as soon as I was able (18 months post bariatric surgery), I went to Premium Care for a breast lift, tummy tuck, posterior body lift, and a little lipo/BBL (approx. 640 ccs fat from my stomach and lower back were relocated to my deflated butt.)

It's now been two months since my 1st plastic surgeries, and I'm thrilled with the results so far. I had no idea what to expect given my age and how much ugly loose skin I had.I very recently turned 53 years old, and I have plans to return to Colombia in 4 months for my second round of surgeries (arm, thigh, and neck lifts). I can't wait to head back!
