Mixed emotions

As I've mentioned before my surgery hasn't been without complications. I honestly don't believe it was anything Dr. D did, just my luck. Toni was the point of contact throughout the majority of my post op care. If I had a concern, I would text and she would respond accordingly. If it weren't for her acting so quickly and getting me down to the hospital when I had a hematoma there's no telling what would've happened to me. I text the phone when I had an issue back in Nov and didn't get a response and I thought that was uncharacteristic so I called to speak with Toni. I was told she had a family emergency but im sure someone could've contacted me. What if it had been an emergency for me? My appts were rescheduled three times and the reason I was given was the Dr had surgery ???? I was patient at first but starting to grow impatient. I finally got my appt but left feeling like the Dr and I were on two different pages. I called back bc of a concern I had and the Dr agreed to another appt. From the outside looking in it seems as though they are going through some changes and transitions can be difficult.Apparently Toni isn't the only one gone as I've noticed a few new faces and it seems as if the energy is off and the aftercare without Toni is nonexistent ????.If I was just starting my search and noticed these things I can't say definitely that I would've chosen this practice. With regards to my results I will be needing a revision down the line bc the mishaps have altered my results but like I said I don't believe it's his fault. I'm content not ecstatic yet. I still look a hell of a lot better than my before pics ????. He's a good Dr but I'm hoping the office can run a bit better bc I don't feel the same level of comfort at this point. I'm 5 months po and will update at 6 and 1 year

My journey

After giving birth to 3 kids and nursing all of them I had the deflated breasts and loose skin. C section after 3rd child left me with an unsightly hypertrophic scar. I had diastasis and hernia. I interviewed 5 docs and I knew I wanted Dr.Davoudi as soon as I met him but I continued to interview other surgeons just to be thorough. But I was sold. He has a great personality, he talks fast, but I found him to be thorough. What I found in his office were employees that represented the look I was going for. Other surgeons offices I found employees that weren't aesthetically pleasing to me. Just bc you get fillers for free doesn't mean you can't say no. I left a few offices saying to myself I don't want to look like that. After leaving Dr Davoudi's I left saying I want to look like her , no her, no her lol they were all well proportioned and naturally beautiful looking. After reviewing his page on real self I did verify his board certifications and I appreciated the fact that he performs surgery in a hospital setting. His price was competitive as well

Overall rating

I found both Dr. Davoudi and Toni to be professional, warm, competent, and compassionate. I'm only 2 weeks post op but I feel great. My recovery had a little hiccup due to no fault of his own, but I feel amazing considering everything I've just been through. The hardest part was not taking a shower and being so uncomfortable. I expected my pain to be worse than it was. I LOVE my new body and I am so thankful I made the right choice and did my research.
