High Class Surgeon and Staff. Highly Recommended!

I am a 41 year old mom of two toddlers who lives in Richmond, Va. As most of us know, many of the joys of motherhood is the special toll it takes on our bodies. I was looking for a surgeon who could replace my implants for much smaller ones and provide a lift as well as give me some suggestions with what to do with my new unrecognizable abdominal area. I went to a couple of physicians in Richmond but I did not experience the chemistry with any office like I did the first go round (that physician has since retired). I came upon Cosmetic Surgery Associates on while searching the web and gave them a call. Mariah, the surgical coordinator answered and she was so patient with all my questions! I was able to schedule a consult with Dr. Richards. The moment I met Mariah in person and spoke with Dr. Richards I scheduled my surgery. He listened, addressed my concerns and I felt completely comfortable. When I went in for my pre-op I was able to meet his nurse Tiffany who couldn't have been more knowledgable and reassuring as well. She was also a tremendous help with all my post-op needs. She even gave me her cell number and told me I could call her anytime. Even though my surgery was pretty invasive, I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff! Ben, the OR Manager put me at ease with all his jokes and Erika and Penny up front have been so kind in helping schedule all my appointments so that they would they align with my work travel. This was truly a first class experience and I recommend anyone go to Maryland and see Dr. Richards and his staff.
