I just wish it would have been fixed after all

I had a mommy makeover- tummy tuck and breast aug. And a revision due to extra skin left over. I still have more skin left and now bludgeons above the incision scars that look like muffin tops. My implants just lay in the bottom of my breast pulling my breast down and outward. The implants move around/ lateral displacement. The surgeon will not fix
