Mommy Makeover (Drainless TT, 360 Lipo, Breast Lift + BA, BBL)

I was nervous about traveling to another country for my surgery but I know I made the best choice with Dr Rosique! He’s so easy to talk to and will make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He’s a great doctor and a perfectionist when it comes to giving you the body you’ve dreamed about getting back. He always addressed any questions or concerns that I had regarding the procedure. I’m only 2 days out from my surgery and I’m so excited to see the final results! He did a drainless TT (standard for him), 360 lipo, breast lift with implants (330cc moderate profile) and BBL. He lipo’d all of the areas that have been difficult to lose since having 4 kids (upper back, flanks, bra bulge, stomach, inner and outer thighs, then transferred fat to my buttocks to enhance my curves without going too big - I already have a decent-sized butt). I wanted very natural-looking results and Dr Rosique definitely delivered!!
I’m still really swollen from everything, especially the lipo but I can see my figure emerging. Dr Rosique also repaired my large diastasis and umbilical hernia. I can’t wait for the end result!

Traveling here to Brazil was pretty easy. There’s hotels in the city that range $25-$40 USD per night. Or you can rent an apartment for about $200 USD per week. Dr Rosique recommends arriving at least 48 hrs before the surgery. I’d recommend giving yourself 3 days if you plan to do any of the pre-op tests here because I cut it super close and it was stressful fitting it all in. He also recommends staying for 20 days after your procedure if you’re flying from far away to ensure a good recovery. I stayed in a hotel for the first few days and now I’m staying with a friend who lives in a nearby city. I’d definitely recommend bringing a friend or hiring a local nurse to help for the first 10 days after surgery. You need help getting in and out of bed so you don’t harm your results. English-speakers are a plus because even though Dr Rosique’s staff all speak English, it’s a bit more difficult to find English-speakers here. I got lucky and there were a couple of people who spoke English at the hospital.
This has been so worth it for me and I can’t recommend Dr Rosique highly enough! I researched plastic surgeons in the US for a really long time and I’m so happy I found Dr Rosique!

I showered! Feeling pretty good. I’m still really, really swollen from all the lipo but I’m happy with my progress. My boobs look huge! I originally wanted 300cc moderate profile after trying on all the sizers when I got to Brazil, but it ended up being too late to order what I wanted. In the end, I chose 330cc from a different brand and I’m hoping I didn’t go too big. I wanted more of a natural look. They’re still super swollen so I think it will be ok. I’m feeling better every day and trying to walk more every day too.
