Loose abdominal skin, separated muscles and deflated breasts from all of my pregnancies

Having plastic surgery with Dr. Rahban was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. I'm 42 and a mother of 7 kids, ages 6 to 18. I had some loose abdominal skin, separated muscles and deflated breasts from all of my pregnancies. I have been fairly fit and thin most of my life, but 2 years ago I decided to get serious about my fitness and started competing in bikini competitions. After prepping and getting quite muscular and quite lean, I saw what fitness was capable of achieving, and what it would never fix. I found Dr. Rahban from his podcast, and after interviewing several surgeons, he was far and above clearly the best choice. I'm 8 weeks post-op now (full abdominoplasty with muscle repair, breast lift and breast augmentation with 240cc implants), and I'm back to all the things I love, including skiing, heavy weight lifting, and getting ready to compete in bikini again with my new body! My scar is healing beautifully. I had no complications. I feel amazing and the effect this surgery has had on my confidence is nothing short of life-changing. My stomach is flat and beautiful, my muscles are stronger than ever, and my breasts are perky and perfect. I will be forever grateful. Every part of the process with Dr. Rahban's friendly and professional team was wonderful. I wouldn't change anything. I've posted my before and after photos - you can see, before (right photo) I had visible 'abs' in the upper portion of my abdomen at rest, but then laxity and excess skin below!
