I've finally completed my surgery at Avana, my coordinator was Vanessa and she was amazing and responsive. I am 6 days post op and experiencing minimum to no pain. Still taking my Antibiotics , i should be complete by Thursday. I do have drains on each side which I try to keep clear of fluid and fluid buildup in the lines and write down each time I drain them.
As for my incision line I have seen parts of it as my incision tape has risen a bit, I finally took a shower 3/26 with hibicleanse and I couldn't have felt better. As for my navel it's as bit dark as I assume it's from the incision and dry blood , so I clean it out with a q-tip and peroxide. So far I am satisfied with my results , the Lipo on my flanks has a bit of swelling but in due time it shall ease down a bit. I still wear my binder, until i have my drains removed, then i will go and purchase my faja to fit my new waist size!! i still experience the lpwer back pain and pressure but I know that will soon surpass. I did have 2 massage so far 1 at Avana and 1 at a local Lymphatic Massage office near my Home which was amazing. I will try to do at least 6 sessions, if more is needed I will continue accordingly.
My eating has been to a minimum as I get full very quickly which is a good thing, it can help with losing some of the additional weight I wanted to lose and hopefully allow me to see the difference. I know this is going to be a process, so i have my husband and kids as my motivation. One day at a Time is what I tell myself. I will post pictures and try to keep you all up to date as much as I can!!! Happy & Safe Recovery Dolls

Why would you need implants with large breasts? I'm getting a much needed breast reduction and I never considered needing implants. Just seeking info

Me preferable would not have considered implants just out of fear of something going wrong and also I don't think it would have looked right with the structure of my body. But some people habe considered even though they have larger breast... To each is own I guess!!!

Hey ladies I just wasted to update you all on my recovery process after my procedure on 3/21. I am doing wonderful, results are coming along as expected, I have been following a struck diet that I planned out with my Primary doctor to maintain my results. Since it has been about 2 1/2 3mths, I do experience a quite bit of sharp pains on my side's as I believe it comings from the nerves and muscles contracting after the Lipo I received on my flanks, but for the most part they are bearable. I noticed that my Pre-Op Faja I had to get it altered to contour my new shape, and I still do wear my foams and my binder for extra compression "(My Helpful Choice)".
I started a morning regimen which is drinking a shot of Tumeric, Honey & Apple Cider Vinegar mixture , that already comes pre mixed from my local Wal-Mart store as a weight loss option. I will post my updated pictures and the mixture regimen for all who may want to know what it is.
But for the most part I Like to Thank my Surgeon Dr. Alex Earle for my phenomenal results and giving me a guide on maintaining my outcome!!!
