After months of researching doctors in Turkey, Dr. Manav and his team were the final and best choice. I did not want to have surgery until I reached a goal weight and Fatih followed up with me every two months checking in on my weight loss progress. I never felt pressured to schedule and he patiently waited until I was ready to move forward with scheduling. Fatih made the scheduling process so simple and easy and was available for me to ask all questions prior to my surgery date. He also comforted my anxieties when I messaged him about my worries about such a major surgery. Fatih was always very quick in solving a problem and getting things organized.

Arriving in Turkey was simple and Fatih’s instructions were very specific and I found my transport and was safely driven to my hotel. The hotel accommodations were PHENOMENAL. It looked like a luxury one bedroom apartment and the food was so delicious. There was also a 24 hour infirmary in the hotel and emergency pull strings in the room, which helped me feel comforted.

My care was transferred to Janan and she was also very pleasant and accommodating. The intake process is very thorough and you have all the time you need to read through all the consents and information about the risks of the procedures you are electing. The hospital was so modern and updated. The care I received by the nurses was better than any care I have ever received in the American medical system. Although many of the nurses do not speak English, it was not a problem for me to get my needs met and quality care.

I could write forever about the amazing Dr. Manav. He truly cares about patients' health and will deny you a procedure if it is too risky for your health. He will not do it just because you want it if it is not safe for you. I lost 130 lbs and had excess skin and I needed so much work done, but once he examined me, it was best to divide the work in two separate procedures. He takes his time marking you and talking to you about his vision. His vision turns into a real-life masterpiece. I am still in shock at how he transformed my body. My tummy tuck incision is beautifully placed, my belly button looks natural, and my breast lift looks better than I could have imagined based on my before pictures. He followed up with me multiple times before I left and acted fast when I had a concerning swelling 3 days post op (it was not any concern but he took it seriously and showed up to the ER quickly to assess me). I could keep talking about how incredible this experience has been for me, especially coming from the US. Janan and Fatih have been available to answer any questions I have had recovering at home and communicate quickly with Dr. Manav and report back with his suggestions. Overall, recovery has been great.
