Been back to work, muscles have relaxed. No more draining and everything looking good. I can sleep normal now, sneezing doesn't hurt either.
Waiting on my spanx to come in, binder tends to get irritating and itchy at night, so I sleep with it off.
Look forward to when I don't have to wear any binder or compression items. I am healing really fast, doing well mentally also. Waiting till I can start to buy new clothes.
I have my 3 week follow up on Thursday.
I notice there is very few men on this site posting reviews etc. I will take updated pics later.

Was a hard week mentally, thankfully I can return to work on Monday. Had issues with coughing and sleeping, but are resolved. Body shape is coming along nicely, had my follow up on Thursday. Doctor was amazed at my recovery. I will see him again in 2 weeks. Here are some updated photos from today.
