I really want to share my experience with you... from the time of whatsapp approach till the end.
the reason of my surgery is breathing (septum) and aesthetic of course, i wanted to do it all in one.
PUSHING FOR DOWN PAYMENT: i asked if he could fix the septum he said YES...
The first things that might give you suspect is his urgency on getting the down payment.... once we confirmed verbally the appointment he start pushing for the money.
RUDE ASSISTANT (does not speak a single word of english and his driver is ALSO his assistant in the OPERATING ROOM! (shows how cheap he is that he get one handyman)
HURRIED: once i got there in the hospital, the FIRST THING is getting the balance money (OF COURSE!) and he send his assistant to collect it because he is too busy also for the CONSULTATION which took literally 5 min where i had to explain how i wanted my nose and how i wish the outcome to be , he did not look so focused...and that made me already nervous.
START NEGLECTING : after the operation he started replying very late to my message and concerns (i saw already asymmetry on my nose).. he said is normal and that would go.... then i waited till the healing did its job.
after few months from surgery i start bleeding on daily basis from my nose and the shape start showing.... the tip is still big comparing to the bridge and nosetrill asymmetric. also there is a side hump on my nose very evident.
after a CT scan i found out my septum was still deviated as before NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! my problem is still here.....
i contacted him about all my issue and he said :"maybe you had a trauma after the surgery" ...obviously i did not ... he said come here again and i will fix it, as if i'm going back to him to make it worse (??) i asked at least half of the price i payed as i have to fix my septum for sure ,,,,,he refused.
then he started ignoring my message and not replying anymore till i posted something on insta which was deleted right away ......then he told me i should not post this (oh right...so you can ruin my nose but i can't write any comment on insta)....end of the story : he has ZERO HUMANITY and he is only FOCUS ON MONEY there is no patient-doctor relationship is like a machine : MONEY MONEY MONEY doesn't matter if you're desperate doesn't matter if you want comfort.... he only needs your money.

I’m afraid I’ve had a very similar experience to you. I’m now 7 months post opp, and like you I have a bump on the side of my nose and also a slanted nose. I keep getting told it’s going to go away after a year once all the swelling goes but having read your review now I guess it probably won’t. I will also write a review of my experience in due course.
