I promised myself a facelift by 60, I’m 59 and after hours of research I did it! I was rather terrified to be honest. Dr. Steinwald at the center for Cosmetic Surgery came highly recommended so I made the call. I had a one on one appointment with the Doctor, went over my concerns and expectations. Then booked it that fast. Because of COVID I had time off and they had a cancellation. It all just fell into place. Now I’m sitting here face wrapped day 4 writing my review so far. Today is the best day yet, not going to lie the first couple days are pretty ruff.

You look amazing and smashing! Can’t wait to see more updates especially on your neck ( yours look like mine)! My recovery was very rough because I couldn’t sleep ,eat or rest for 7 days including the night before surgery! I trusted my PS but was nervous as hell!

I look forward to getting the stitches out tomorrow, it means one step closer to healing. Not going to lie this past week has had some very ruff patches. This new face is not for sissies. I still have a bit of Bride of Frankenstein going on but I see hope for a much fresher look.

I agree! I'm at 3.5 weeks out and it's been tougher than expected. You're looking great!

I'm pretty good! I have a hard spot on my left jaw...from a small hematoma and some ropey feeling, bumpy stuff under my chin but hopefully it will resolve soon! This takes a lot of patience which I not my strong suit! How are things going with you?:)

One week stitches out

Big change from just 2 days ago. Pain minimal unless you choose to over do it. If you do, you get swelling and discomfort. Of course, that’s what I did after the stitches came out. Still feel a bit like Frankensteins bride. But huge improvement. Totally love looking at my neck. I so hope it stay this way.
