I'm 34 yrs old. 5'7" and 135lbs. I had a mommy makeover in March of 2013, u can read my story in the mommy makeover reviews. In September on 2013 I had my first revision on my breasts and scar revision on my TT scar. The revision corrected some issues, but also created new ones...

I am now searching for a new ps hoping to have the beautiful results I long for.
I had my first consult a couple of days ago. PS told me that I should have had a lift done along with my original augmentation. My first ps did tell me I was "border-line" in need of a lift, but I was scared of the scarring and he assured me I would have good results without it, so opted out. I'm not sure my ps ever really listened to me and understood what my expectations were. So here I am, over a year later, two surgeries later, and still unhappy :0(

So, this first consultation tells me that I need a lift. I'm hoping to have a benili lift as to have minimal scarring. And I will also have a aereola reduction. Searching for the perfect ps!

I'm so sorry you've gone through 2 surgeries and still not happy! I had a lift with implants 11 years ago. I had a peri areolar lift. Basically they completely remove your nipples, and remove the skin around that area to lift you. I've been very happy with the results. No lollipop scar! I'm having it done again since I've had 3 kids since. Look into it! Good luck to you!

A lift can help the breast revision results look much better. I had a lift with my first augmentation and although one side the scar is seen , the other side I can't even tell, but that was 12 yrs ago , they make them better now with great results. I also did it because my areola was really big and needed it smaller, I'm gonna do a revision and while doing so, they can fix the scar that's showing

I'm irritated that I didn't have it done in the first place. My ps made me believe that my results would be nice without the lift, basically I thought my nipples would just be lower than ideal, but I never knew I would have this hanging skin and breast tissue over the implants. I wish I didn't have to spend so much more money to find happiness!

Have you considered the lift through the areola? That's what I had 15 years ago, with 500cc uppers and it gave me the lift I needed. Where are your implants placed? I went to my original PS to see about a revision and he wanted to change the pocket to under and then I know all my breast tissue and my pocket from the overs would have created a lot of saggy breast tissue and would have required another lift. I found Dr. Revis and he's using same pocket and goin larger so hoping to look like my original surgery just a lil bigger. Revision surgery seems so much scarier to me and I just wanna make sure I don't end up back in there! Good luck with your search!

The benili lift is thru the areola, and I will also look into an areola reduction, which remove even more excess skin. I need to find a surgeon that is willing to do pocket repair and possibly strattus cuz I want more cleavage. It's hard for me to get cleavage even with the best push-up bra...

Yes I love the cleavage too ;) I had it at first but now need a lil help from a bra as well. Hoping my new ones will give me the cleavage back. Gonna be better about wearing a bra this time tho cuz I think that's part of the reason I lost it. Was really good at wearing one with the initial healing period even slept in the bra the PS provided for 3 weeks but then was really enjoying all the things I could wear without a bra. Gravity be damned! I'd like to reduce my areola too but afraid of the scarring + my husband loves them.

I was surprised, at my last consult, my sister was with me and she said she was always jealous of my large areola! I've been embarrassed of them, all these years. My hubby loves me now, before, and whenever I change some more haha. He's so awesome :0)

Hi their ; awe I'm so sorry that your revision didn't turn as as you wanted it. ! Do you have to pay again ? I hope you find a good surgeon, this is what I'm afraid of also. I'm searching for a surgeon to do my revision and I'm taking my time cautiously going on consults, I definately need it to turn out well !! I can not afforded to do it again soon After. This is what worries me. Sometimes we pick board certified surgeons but some are not as skilled as others , This is a good sight to check patient reviews and you can also check Doctors reviews on other sights too, Don't just rely on one sight. That's what I'm doing . I'll check your updates, hope all goes well for U

Today I wore a strapless dress to work. I had to wear a strapless bra too because my nipples point in crazy directions and I have zero cleavage without a bra. I'm so tired of not feeling comfortable in my own skin! I took that miserable strapless bra off when I got home from work and looked in the mirror... The difference in shape and size was embarrassing! I can't wait till I find the right surgeon to fix me :0(
