How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I was recently scheduled to have a procedure. I was traveling from out of state. Prior to giving my deposit I asked my coordinator Lisbeth (will not include last name to abide by privacy policy) after my in person consultation if the practice had any deaths I was told no. I looked online but didn't dig enough.. I saw only what they wanted me to see through links on their site and social media. When I showed up for my pre-op appointment I was given an entirely different set of paperwork than I was originally given. My friend noticed that they didn't have medical malpractice insurance... so it prompted her to ask again if they had any deaths... again I we were told no by the tech doing my pre-op appointment. After she took all my vitals and walked me over to the finance department where I almost paid them the balance in full for my surgery. I again asked the finance rep if they had any deaths in the practice and he also said no... so my friend asked why they didn't have medical malpractice insurance and he gave us the run around and said something about patients not always listening and doing right and that shouldn't be their fault .. but told us no one in Florida has it.. but could not answer why they did not so we asked for someone that could. The Finance Manager Louis (will not include last name to abide by privacy policy) finally came in but in the meantime my friend had been doing some research and found that there was a doctor that lost his license at this practice because he punctured someone's intestine and the patient died... we asked again if there were any deaths and he admitted to a doctor that lost his license and the death last year.. we then specifically asked if they had any this year and was told no.. at that point I decided to cancel my procedure because I was lied to by 3 different people in this practice after specifically asking if there were any deaths. It's unethical to lie to a patient that is going to be under General anesthesia and potentially put my life at the risk where death is a possible outcome. They refused to give me back my deposit and had nothing to say or any explanation for the lies... we also did more research after leaving and found out that I was indeed lied to by 4 people in the office Channel 6 in Miami did a report on a young Lady named Nikisha (will not include last name to abide by privacy policy) died March 7th of this year. This office is unsafe, unprofessional and unethical. Run far and fast! I have filed with the Florida Medical Board, Attorney General, and BBB and will continue to share my story wherever I can to help protect others from the dangers that can come from the deceit and lies told at this practice
