A So there are a few things when it comes to this procedure -
1. A lot of your results has to do with your baseline foundation - what you look like already - your shape; where you have tight skin, versus loose skin; how active are you in your lifestyle - gym, eat healthy; because a typical BBL can only change so much.
2. Would need more photos to see more of your anatomy to give you a better assessment - but yes you will have loose skin on your lower tummy as you grabbed in your photo - that will likely still be there but less thick (many adding skin tightening to your liposuction or maybe a mini tummy tuck) all depends on your discussion with your surgeon's technique.
3. Unable to fully see the shape of your buttock and hip area - so difficult to give a true full assessment - but whatever shape and slope / shell you are now - is likely what you will be after a fat transfer. The saggy of the butt happens when there is no maintaining - ie. gym / toning with exercises; and never gain weight after having a fat transfer - will make things bigger and sag
There is likely enough fat to harvest with additional areas - would probably need to find a surgeon who has done this more than a few times to see what they can offer you. If you were my patient, first thing I would recommend is that you tone your core / abs and butt for a good 3-6 months prior to surgery to help with skin laxity post procedure. Then do the BBL with skin tightening modalities and have you on a post-op maintenance exercise / diet program to further reach your goals of the body you are seeking. Hope this helps.
