Based on Dr Salama's work on other patients on his website...I love it! I hope mine will also be great! :). I have not had consultation with him as yet, but I have been quoted a price by his assistant. All has been going well so far. I should be followed up on this week. I requested info on Wednesday, got a response on Thursday as well as submitted my pics. I got a quote by Friday. On Saturday they checked up on me again to see if I've been as excited as they are lol. 'll keep y'all updated!

Ok, so now i feel like im back to the drawing board
After reading my previous review, you can tell how excited I was about my upcoming surgery. I'm not sure if I feel the same today. Last week I reached out to doc Salama's team for price quote and info for my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I was replied with an email from his coordinator Nancy asking to send pictures and all that stuff, to which I did. After that I was followed up with and I was very happy. The last email quoted me at $7500 for my TT and breast augmentation with saline implants. The email also asked me for more pics with my shorts lower. After a few days I decided to call and ask about sending more pics to see my tummy ( since the pics that I already sent were naked and showed everything clearly!) My call was returned the next day, and as i was speaking with Nancy, I came to understand that I needed a breast lift with the implants- which is an additional $1800. I then I asked her if this was not noticed from the get-go and before the initial price quote. My surgery fee is no longer $7499, but now $9200. Don't get me wrong, that price is still reasonable, but why was this not noticed before? When I asked about the additional pictures that were needed, she said the pics that I had already sent were fine, and that the price I got should be added to $1800 for the lift. I then tried to proceed to booking my date, but there are no dates available before April 2014. I must say, I admire the man's work, I think he is good at what he does, but I am a little turned off by the misquote, + I still didn't have a phone consultation with him like I was initially told. According to Nancy, Dr S is very very busy, and does surgery on Mon, Tue, thur and friday....and does consultations on wed. I guess my Wednesday just hasn't arrived as yet :( . I really don't want to wait 1year before getting my body back. I think I will just continue with my research to find the right doc. I also had a phone consultation with another wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful doc... Dr Sean A. Simon. I might just go along with him. I'll keep y'all posted!!!!

I am booked with him to have my surgery next Friday May 24. I am getting a ba and tt but I am getting silicone (no lift). My quote was 8400. I never got a one on one with Dr. Salama...rather just what he said about about my photos etc through Nancy. They call it a virtual consult. I think the office has gotten RIDICUOUSLY busy within the last 3 months. Dont get me wrong they have always been on jammed, but lately off the chain. But, I have been wondering wth happen. I have been in contact with Nancy since Dec. Its a few ladies that work in there to help Nancy:Nunnie, Nomie, and Cynthia. Nancy IS swamped. Long story short, if you are serious and persistent they will find you a date. Nancy was very good in keeping her word when people cancel that she would call. Back in March 2012, I orginally wanted a June 3 2013 date, but it wasnt available. I finally got the call in the first week in April that a date came open May 24. So, God willing if I make through my surgery check my post-op reviews. Hopefully, it will help make up your mind. He doesnt do as many mommy makeovers or as the bbl. Or shall I say there isnt a ton of review for his mm just the bbl. He is the BBL KING! lol

Aaww... Thank u so much for ya input girl! I love his work, n I'm comfortable with what I've reviewed. I will just go ahead n proceed with him, because i've been looking around but no one else has captured my attn like him. Cant wait to see the new you!!!! #BestWishes!

Yea girl, I took the date. Nancy told me the same thing that I just gotta call and try for another dates because dates become available at times. I went ahead with the deposit. Dr Salama, here I come! Lol

Yes I was. I have a date for May 1, 2014! Imma keep bugging Nancy and checking for open dates due to cancellation/rescheduling though.

By the time I have my surgery, I would have been on this site for over a year as well. It goes fast.

Dr Salama it is!
Sooo, after going back to the drawing board and trying to find another doc, I realize I still want Salama! Lol. I couldn't find someone else I was please with and felt so confident in. I finally made a deposit for May 2014 (that's the earliest appt they had for my "big" surgery - TT and BA w/Lipo of the flanks. Nancy did say that people cancel/reschedule all the time, so chances are I would be doing it much earlier... I just gotta call and check so they know. Any new updates, I'll keep y'all posted!!!!

IT will be worth the wait !!!!!!!!!! In the meantime just try to build a healthy immune system and a strong core for an easier recovery! I too am scheduled next year, the end of March, and I am so excited !!!! Good luck and welcome to the waiting game :) !!! #teamsalama

Im scheduled for April 14 2014 and I Booked back in April, already I'm 10 months away. Time will fly and before you know it we are gonna b looking so sexyyyy come summer of 2014.
