For twenty years, I had been loosing my hair and was always scared, anxious and doubtful of getting a hair transplant. I had been to the internet, I travel all over the world and had read ads on magazines and never had the final will to do it. I had read some reviews and was interested on Dr. Epstein. I called the office and right from the start, I was contacted by Dan Grantham, in charge of working out the logistics and concerns of patients regarding the surgery. Dan was awesome. You NEVER get the feeling than neither Dan nor anyone on Dr. Epstein's office is after the money. We all understand is business, however, Dan calms you down as he understands anxiety from patients and it just seems he has all the time in the world for you. Really makes you feel you are the only person in the world while talking to him. After setting up the time and date for the procedure, I felt I had done the right thing. He truly has all those soothing words. Well, if that was not enough, that was only the start. One day before the procedure, right when I got to the office, one of the assistants at the front desk, Susie just welcomed me with the most gigantic smile and made me feel at home. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dan and just like on the phone, the feeling was extraordinary answering all my questions and there is no comparison when a person makes you feel unique. Then I was introduced to Dr. Epstein. To say shocking is an understatement. He is a genius. Just looking at me he knew what to do. I tried to ask him to push down the procedure to get more grafts and there is not a SECOND when he doubts himself. NEVER. He is the most secure person in the world. I am a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida and there are very few people which such self-assurance and knowledge. He had not even touched a scalp when you know he is a GENIUS. Unlike many doctors which are so self-centered, he is also the most humble and down to earth person, the most admirable AND ONLY qualities that matter in a person. I went back home before the procedure without any doubt and slept like a baby (opposite of what I thought due to anxiety). If you still have doubts, well the best are always surrounded by the best. When they prepared me, all the nurses and assistant doctors feel your pain, your anxiety and they hold your hand, hug you and pamper you as the procedure is long and uncomfortable at the beginning. You can go anywhere in the world. You will NEVER find a better team. Dr Epstein with HUGE knowledge and DIRECTION never doubting for a second, orchestrates every move on his team, supervises and even protects yourself from yourself if your ideas hinder perfection. You always think of a plastic surgeon as a person. Well, Dr. Epstein is not only the best doctor in the world, but he has the best team. Yes, they do care about the business like all humans do, but they care MUCH more about you than anything else. Please never doubt for one second. Select him, you will be the happiest person in the world after the procedure. I never, ever give feedback on procedures or doctors.
