I wanted to update my review I am almost 10 months PO .
My boobies still are looking pretty good there's just a little pocket that needs fat grafting to it but besides that he did just a great job for what I came in with. I know it's hard but I but you just gotta be realistic with the outcome . And I'm SO lucky he was able to do what he did I honestly thought I had 0 hope :/ .

4 th time trying lost this review :/ Hello again so I got my boobs done back in 2000 long story super short I was very unhappy with my prior breast surgery basically and I can not go into detail cause I want this review to post !So after seeking doctors for years I finally found dr Salama I had surgery may 18th dr Salama did a great job. I wanted ultra high profile I wanted that fake look but he couldn't do it due to my pockets being so stretched out from prior implants. Anyhow I'm so grateful he got them in a decent state as to they were very very bad shape from the previous surgery :( and needed a lot of work! he did a great job and I like my boobs! I did not walk into dr SALAMA's office with a normal set of boobs . They were a butchered mess but somehow someway he managed to fix the mess the prior doctor made . He is great at what he does and is super fast on acting upon something he thinks doesn't look right like for instance my right nipple had a little bruise from what I thought but no it was a circulation problem and he knew exactly what to do and gave me the right medication to zapp it away or else I would have lost my nipple . I will be returning to him for a BBL he is gonna sculpt me like a Barbie doll I can't wait!! His staff was so nice and friendly . Cynthia is amazing she's litterally one of the sweetest most careing person I ever met she always answered my emails right away and never got tired of me and my 50 million questions she was always there to reassure me everything was gonna be ok and she promised me I would be happy and she definetly wasn't lying! I couldn't say enough good things about this doctor and his careing staff. About the office it's very nice! And In the operating room is a window that over looks miami so cool! Thank you doctor Salama for giving me my confidence back!"
