WORTH IT$2,400
I have had my breast implants + lift for over seven years. Since that time I have felt as if they were growing from a 36 B/C to a now full 36 D. I called my PS but he is no longer in practice. I was directed to a close business friend of his and made an appointmnet for a consultation.
A little background: 5'3" maybe 126 +/- Runner 8-10 miles a week, Like to do free weights. Currenlty: So I feel uncomfortable. They are always getting in the way, sports bras barely support, constant bottom/back of the neck ache and I feel as when I contract the muscle to do chest presses or pull downs the movement is hindered by them. Ive been considering removing them for several years and recently got the ok from my husband.
When I went in for an evaluation, I was told I had capsule contraction where the implant is pushed out of the breast cavity hence why they are so high up. During the consultation we made the decision to remove them and wait a half year for everything to settle and then evaluate where I am and if I like it or if I need further tweeking such as fat tranfer, smaller bags or another lift.
I am a bit scared because I dont know what they are going to look like after the removal but I and hopeful that they will be beautiful. Throughout all these years I can count on one hand how many times ive slept without a bra. I have almost always worn a sports bra to bed and a bra during the day in an effort to avoid droppyness, and yet here I am and my implants are pressing down and causing it. Worst case I do another lift and no implant maybe some fat transfer if necessary. . . hoping for the best.

Feeling very stressed, weighing the pros (all natural, better fitting clothes, better ease of movement, haven't slept on my stomach in years!) and the Cons (infection, pain, looks?im not happy with that as it is anyway, that's all I can come up with LOL). Can't wait to get this over with the anxiety is killing me. Just a few more days left before my surgery. I am excited but I keep looking in the mirror convincing myself I am doing the right thing. I have wanted this for so long and I guess I am just afraid of what I am going to end up with. I haven't been running or exercising in over a week cause my boobs get so sensitive before my period that I cant even wear a regular bra, just a sports bra. They are better today and I plan on doing a 4 mile jog tomorrow morning. It's going to be interesting to compare my timing and endurance with and without these huge implants.
