Ive been wanting BA for 4 years now bit have been afraid of having actual surgery and when I did a consult in NYC the average price was 7K and I just never took the initiative. A friend of mines told me she was getting a BBL and told me about his promo package 2.8K and I jumped on the opportunity to go with someone and of course the price. Im heavy bottomed and was did/do not want big breasts. I was looking to keep figure but to make them look fuller. Luckily, I did not have sag (my breast were small that they appeared more on the perky side but werent as full prior to breast feeding ( my son os 1.6 yo) Going in I had no clue what I would be getting so I just expressed what I wanted and let Dr. Alvarez decide on the fit and boy did he get it exactly right! I cant be happier with the results. There is literally nothing I would do different appearance wise.

I dont know what it is exactly but Dr. Alvarez along with the anesthesiologist have this aura and energy that immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I knew them for no more than 1 minute in that pre-op room and felt like we have spoken before.
