One Month!

Woohoo. Finally a month has passed and I am able to do everything with no pain. I still sleep on my belly and do my best to not sit on my butt directly or for too long. I still wear a garment that applies pressure along with my foam pads. I wear it for around 22-23 hours every day and only take it off when I'm showering or having it washed and dried. Next Wednesday I go to my one month appointment to find out if I can stop wearing the foam and see if I need to change the garment or if I can wear a waist trainer, I'm not sure. Does anyone have experience with changing their garment? I have a friend who adjusts hers every week two inches, wears a board and on top of that a waist trainer. But I find that a little excessive. I am still very happy with my results and I definitely have defined more. I'm a little picky of the center of my belly because I feel like there is still fat there and it leave like a line under the belly button. I will mention this to the doctor to see what he says. I've also read on here regarding weight loss and exercising. I want to lose some weight only because I have a little arm and face fat. I'm hoping that this doesn't change my body unless it's getting rid of the little fat in my belly area. I'm also wondering if I can start exercise and what kind is okay. I know not too much cardio but I wonder if weights will hurt. My sides are a little sore when I stretch so I don't know how exercising will affect it. All these questions I will ask my doctor and see what he says and I will post about his recommendation.
Anyways! Here are some pics!

2 Week Post Op

Hi everyone! So it's officially been two weeks since surgery. Swelling has definitely gone down some but you can tell in certain areas I'm still swollen. I have absolutely no pain but I am definitely right on my sides. They feel hard and lumpy and after reading all through the site I found out is completely normal. I've had 4 massages and do they make a difference. I've read that some doctors don't believe in them but I don't see why when they make you feel amazing after and my message therapist definitely loosened up the tightness. So since I don't really do much other than walk around the house I've gotten into the habit of trying on clothes and measuring myself. So let me give you some results:

Pre-op measurement:
Chest: 42 inches
Waist: 40 inches
Booty: 38 inches

48 hours post surgery measurement:
Chest: 42 inches
Waist: 36 inches
Booty: 45 inches

One week post op measurement:
Chest: 42 inches
Waist: 33 inches
Booty: 44.5 inches

2 week post op measurement:
Chest: 42 inches
Waist: 31 inches
Booty: 44 inches

(Btw I'm no expert in measuring so what I did for my waist is measur the smallest part where is curves around my belly button and for my booty I measured the middle of my butt all around since that's the important part :P)

I'm super happy with my results but let me tell you surgery is so tricky on the mind. I keep getting paranoid that I've gained fat or lost fat so then I throw on clothes and feel so much better when they don't fit. Oh, and I take LOTS of pictures. If I ever lost my phone the guy who'd find it would be a lucky man, 75% of my gallery is naked LOL.

well I've uploaded new pics. See the dress that used to be tight on me and it was bittersweet to see it didn't fit... How many BBL girls have this problem??? Lol.

Til next time!!
