I had a beast lift and breastfeeding augmentation as part of my overall mommy makeover. I had maybe a 36 B cup and wanted a full C to D, so I had natrelle smooth round 450cc silicone gel high profile implants played under the pectoral muscles. You can see from the pics how swollen my pectorals still are even 2 weeks post op. The implants are still riding high and I am wearing a top strap to help them drop. They are very tight and hard still and I can't wait for them to go down so I can see my final result and start bra and lingerie shopping...Valentines day is soon approaching and I need these babies beautiful!
