I wanted a nose job since I was about 18 always disliked the profile obsessively .. In 2013 finally decided to get it with dr Epstein in Miami .. Very good staff and attentive doctor I wanted a natural look basically bump removal as seen in before picture .. Recovery was not really painful black eyes for about 2 weeks coverable with makeup I had a second procedure to correct remaining bump and current still there is a small one but it's not about perfection but improvement and accepting the self with minor flaws .. Dr Epstein had a realistic approach to results and does not try to over do anything

You got excellent results! The surgeon wasn't able to take the bump off the first time? Or you just wanted to be on the conservative side? I like your attitude of accepting "one's self with minor flaws" thanks gor sharing.

U look great by the way! Awesome job! I love Epstein and Bustillo Noses. They are realistic and beautiful. Not cookie cutter noses which make people look plasticy. Congrats!
