Thick Eyebrows After Thin over Plucked

I plucked my eyebrows to nothing in my younger years and they never grew back. They were way to arched and thin. When I found out you could transplant them I researched and found dr Epstein in Miami. I just had the procedure today but so far so good. I have long hair so we did the strip method using about 800 grafts. I'll have to wait and see how they grow back but so far they are looking good. Dr Epstein was meticulous and really listened to my wishes and help draw and sculpt what was best for my face but along the lines of my wish pic. Initial consult and op day were great so far. I have nothing but good things to say so far.

They look great! I'm so happy you posted -- I am going to Dr Epstein in one month for a second procedure, unfortunately I did not go to him for my first, lessons learned. The shape looks awesome!! I'm eager to see your progress over the coming months. Any tips or anything you can share from your existence? Did you travel to Miami? I will be and was just curious. Wishing you a quick recovery and speedy growth!!

He is one of the best from all the research I did and I'm so happy so far I did it with him. Any tips I have would be to allow him and his nurse to help you with the shape. They know what looks best with your face and can take your suggestions and adjust it to suit your features. I took a wish pic with me and we worked from there. Find a wish pic. I did travel. I stayed at the Hampton inn near his office. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's clean, under 2 miles away, and once checked in there is a side door you can use to avoid people if you wish. I had a lip lift also with him so I didn't want to have to walk through a big fancy crowded lobby to get to my room after. Not that I knew anyone anyways

More questions after I clicked send :) At this phase do they blend? They literally look amazing and natural in your pics just one day out! How does your donor site feel? And how long was your procedure? Did you start early in the day? Thank you in advance!! Going into this the second time I'm nervous but in a good way.

My donor site is kinda sore but I expected that. It's not horrible just tender. I started at 8:15. Spent an hour talking and drawing the shape and planning together before starting. If I wasn't doing the lip lift it would have been shorter but I think I was there until 4pm. Yours would be shorter than that

I saw I missed a question. They don't blend yet. My own eyebrows r a little longer and the individual slits to put the hairs in are still red and will scab. They will be much more natural once they heal and regrow back in. They will fall out before Reg rowing but some might stay. I'll just fill in the new shape with makeup once they are healed until they grow in again fully.

I'm excited to hear about the coming weeks and months! I'll post once I have mine as well, we can be each other's support system while we go through the phases, this site is great for that. And your wish pic is in my phone, I follow her blog on IG. Rest and relax and happy healing. And thank you for replying and so quickly.

No problem . I'll love to have the support. I found my wish pic on Pinterest but that's so funny if you have seen her on IG too. She must be popular with those perfect brows. Lol

I just read your previous review. You should definitely do the strip method this time if you want the most hairs to take. I had been messaging g with a girl who had her eyebrows done with him out of New York a good while ago and her scar she said she could not see. Also he has pictures in his site of them also. I'll post pics of mine once I clean it up a bit over the next few days

If you don't mind me asking how much is the procedure. I had a horrible experience with microblading and I loss some hair in the progress. I'm just looking to get my eyebrows back and get rid of this pigment. :(

$7500. I had microblading a year and a half before this procedure that was actually done well but it had faded and this was a much more natural look. Plus I could go thicker than what thin brows I already had

How much did it cost? I'm researching it myself

It's hard to tell in this picture but my brow is swollen and puffy underneath and I've got bruising around my eyes but mostly above. You can sort of see the longer part on the bottom of the brow where my old eyebrows are. It will blend nicely in the end. He even angled the hairs correctly towards the center because they grow naturally on people more upwards if that makes sense. Dr Epstein and his nurse were very particular and they asked for feedback along the way from me.
