Breast Lift with Galaflex 3D (No Implants)
I have been wanting a breast lift since I was in my early twenty’s. I am 38 now and have had two children, who I breast fed and I’ve fluctuated in cup sizes from 34 C to 36 F (when pregnant). So my breasts have been through the ringer. I finally decided to see some consults for a breast reduction/lift. I saw 4 doctors and hands down... Dr. Tal Roudner was the most thorough, the most professional and I knew he was the right doctor for me. He didn’t sugar coat the procedure, he was very honest and forthcoming on what I should expect. I didn’t want an implant, but I wanted nice perky breasts. I didn’t want them larger but didn’t want them too small either. I have never really had full round breasts, they were more flat on the top and the weight was prodominantly at the bottom. So I knew I was asking for a lot but Dr. Tal told me he would do the very best he could to make sure I got what I wanted. I decided on the Galaflex 3D mesh because I truly felt it would help give me the look I wanted. I did tons of research and Dr. Tal was always available to answer any questions.
I had zero Pain post op. Discomfort, yes which was to be expected. But I never once needed the prescribed pain meds. I want to say my post op experience was amazing because Dr. Tal was very strict on what he expected of me before and after my surgery. I had to stop all alcohol consumption and caffeine for two weeks before and 2 weeks after my procedure. I took The Arnica pills to help with bruising as well, and they definitely helped in my opinion, especially since I bruise very easily. I couldn’t lift anything heavier that 10 pounds and that was only after 3 weeks post op. At 6 weeks, I am now allowed to start working out again and can resume carrying heavier things.
Dr. Tal’s technique is one of a kind. My surgery was 5 hours long but that’s only because he is a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure he gets the best outcome. I was nervous about being under for 5 hours but Dr. Tal made me feel so at ease on the day of the surgery. I’ll never forget, him telling me “Don’t worry, we’re going to take care of you” and I knew he meant it.
Needless to say I couldn’t be happier with my results. My husband, and my friends are AMAZED at the difference and the outcome. It honestly looks like I have implants because they have an amazing shape!
