I had a set of implants put in in April 2012., In Miami Beach . I was a 34ddd 600cc I'm 5'2" petite and weigh 135lbs they worked for me. Then in July 2015 someone took a red light and T-boned my car. The seat belt crushed my chest. My implants "did not rupture". I began having such terrible stabbing pains in my left breast. I even felt as if the implants had moved out of place.
I went to see several plastic surgeons in my local area . Not one was willing to help me "liability I guess" I ended up taking disinflamatories and massaging what I could touch. As time passed my breast started to tear. Yes!!! I mean a tear began on the bottom of my nipple straight down the middle of my breast. It felt like the implant was right there. I contacted (7 months after my car accident) Dr. Leonard Tachmes located in Miami Beach, FL. I'm an out of state patient so things were a bit in my mind complicated. I was completely wrong. The staff was AMAZING!!! the entire step of the way they were contacting me to make sure all was in place paper work, blood work etc . Included in the price of my surgery was a 3 day hotel stay (close to the Dr office). I had all of my consultations over the phone, detailed information, pictures. The morning of the surgery the Dr and staff were all there to Greet me. Immediately we began to figure out the best type of size of implant I wanted . After my accident I have had severe back pain and chronic migraines. I knew having removing my large implants would be one way to resolve part of pain.
Dr. Leonard Tachmes and I agreed on 300-350cc. I just wasn't crazy about the idea of having the anchor incision done. Since there's several other options out there. Well during surgery the Dr. found my left breast to have a tear in the breast pocket. The Dr explained it was a huge hole and had to stitch the pocket back to a normal size. The right breast everything was normal well.
Now I have a nice set of 325cc

Prior to breast lift
These were 600cc High Profile implants.. Prior to my car accident 34 ddd , 41 years old 135lbs 3 kids.
