I had breast augmentation and liposuction on my flanks 4/17/17. 5/2016 he did my bbl which Im in LOVE with. Bbl I had no pain. 5"3. 107pds Dr Salama aced it again with this surgery. Day of surgery was seamless. He was faced with the task of removing two giant killer whale implants, redo my scars, and somehow muster up the energy to lipo my flanks. My previous implants were 700 cc silicone R/L same size. The doctor went over exactly what he was going to do, complications and marked me up like a saucer. I then met with the anesthesiologist who went over every complication, explained exactly what he would do, and off I went to the OR room. I'm amazed at how the entire staff at Elite acts like family. So kind, caring, informative and knowledgable. The professionalism level from all is a 10. I wokeup feeling like Nothing happened. I just remember waking up to the sweetest nurse again. NO pain, no fuzzy head feeling, nothing. This is the exact same thing that happened last surgery with Dr Salama. He is a God with pain control. Whatever anesthesia they administer does not effect me. I've had prior breast augs with a different surgeon who was great but not as skilled in my mind as Dr Salama. I felt lousy with pain with my previous surgeon. Dr Salama and his team ace the pain control for me. I got home, puttered around, walked, napped, made a simple dinner for the fam as I was board, napped and walked. Not once did I take any pain meds except 4 advil day 2 in the morning. I had minor drainage from the lipo but I just slept on a towel. Im shocked Dr Salama was able to reconstruct my breasts after those big whale implants. Not only did he give me beautiful round, symmetrical breasts but he was able to hide my scars that were in the middle of my breasts. He gave me beautiful, symmetrical 485/520 cc silicone implants. He explained why he used different sizes but my memory is that of a pea. Its only been four days but my flanks look great. I would not trust my body with anyone except Dr Salama and his A+ team! To find a surgeon and team as well skilled and caring as Elite is truly a treasure.
