Office review: Rude Staff, Don't Care... Wow - Miami, FL

After research of finding a revision doctor i choose Dr. Polo. Excited I had booked my consultation a month out. I would be coming from out of town so right away i got my airline ticket and waited for my date. I noticed a few times calling the staff was very QUICK on the phone, but i figured maybe they were busy when i called. Heres were it gets WEIRD. So two weeks later i receive a TEXT not a call that my consul time had been switched from 2pm to 12pm, without asking me! Coming from out of town 2pm would have been best for me when i called to mention and ask why i was responded to rudely and was suggested that if i could not come in at the new time then i could CANCEL...... Whattt!? I had booked a month out & had purchased my airline ticket they had no consideration I took that as a sign and decided to cancel. Very unprofessional, dismissive & rude.
