I with Dr Sands 2 weeks ago 2 get an estimate on breast implant revision. The office and staff were so lovely that I decided to book then. Today, we went in to remove my saline implants 325cc and replace them with 4:15 silicone implants. I haven't even seen them yet, but I bet they're great. I'm feeling pretty greet, minimal p m

Post op Day 1

So I was clearly under the influence of anesthesia and pain killers in my first post. The Dramamine patch they gave me for nausea worked, but also dialted my eyes making it nearly impossible to read. Today is my first day after surgery and I'm doing fabulously. I took the celebrex this am and only have minimal pain. My incisions look great, and my breasts aren't very swollen either. I attribute that too the pre op medicines and vitamins Dr. Sands put me on. I switched from saline to silicone and all I can say is WOW. They are so soft and are already looking very natural. I can't believe it! I'm feeling great, slept well (thanks to my adjustable serta mattress making it easy to prop myself up) and am so far thrilled with my results.

Hi!
You are looking wonderful! Glad to hear recovery is not as bad. I’m gonna get my exchange done this coming Monday, but my doctor didn’t give me pre-op meds, only post. The difference is that I am downsizing... Keep us posted, I want to know how’s your recovery going!

Day 2

I'm about 50 hours post surgery and I have no pain. I took the celebrex this morning to keep myself comfortable and to decrease inflammation. I took a shower (yay!) and spent time walking around my house and hanginv out with my kids. I put on a new post surgical sportsbra, I just hope this one is tight enough. My thoughts today: 1. My boobs are heavy! I hope it's mostly from swelling. 2. I don't want them to get any lower, I like the position they're in now. 3. My right breast is 50% numb including my nipple. This happened the last two breast surgeries as well, so I'm not panicked as feeling did return before. All in all, things are going really well! I can't believe how there is no bruising!? How is that even possible? I'll post a new picture tomorrow!
