I can't believe it's been almost 9 months since I had my implants replaced! Time flies. They've totally settled down and feel fabulous. I can't get over the way they feel compared to the saline implants before. I am just so pleased with my outcome and care I recieved from the staff at Dr. Sands office. Wonderful all the way around.

I can comfortably say that it feels like I've had these boobs my whole life. They totally feel like a part of me, not foreign at all. I still get a kick out of them though! This is a great bra shot. Look at the cleavage! That did not happen with my previous implants. Scars are healing well. I have zero pain or discomfort. I'm back to exercising, no issues other than I had to upgrade my sports bras. Actually all my bras, but that's ok. I'm currently measuring a 32 DDD at VS, but their sizing is so weird, who knows. I will say that I CAN NOT find a single bra at target ????. I can still work a small bralettes, but not any regular bras. If anyone has had any luck with 32 bands and larger cups, please point me in that direction. I know there are others here with that issue!

For those people who like to check out the process, I'm updating at 1 month out. Things are going really well! The implants have not gotten any lower and have fluffed beautifully. They are so soft and squishy too! I am continuing to get feeling back in my right breast. The nerve pain is down as well. So, I have hope that will continue. I have one tenting suture at the bottom oid my left breast when I raise my arm. It tugs on the muscle below a little, but my surgeon says it'll desolve eventually and it's not a big deal. All in all, I'm thrilled with my results. But, do know that this recovery does take time. I'm still not able to workout like I usually do and I'm still sore. Everyone heals differently, and I'm a pretty fast healer, so I'm amazed at the fact I'm still getting a little tired and sore a month out. But, it's well worth the wait and I certainly don't want to damage anything. I'll post a 6 week out update in 2 weeks!
