I can't believe it's been almost 9 months since I had my implants replaced! Time flies. They've totally settled down and feel fabulous. I can't get over the way they feel compared to the saline implants before. I am just so pleased with my outcome and care I recieved from the staff at Dr. Sands office. Wonderful all the way around.

I can comfortably say that it feels like I've had these boobs my whole life. They totally feel like a part of me, not foreign at all. I still get a kick out of them though! This is a great bra shot. Look at the cleavage! That did not happen with my previous implants. Scars are healing well. I have zero pain or discomfort. I'm back to exercising, no issues other than I had to upgrade my sports bras. Actually all my bras, but that's ok. I'm currently measuring a 32 DDD at VS, but their sizing is so weird, who knows. I will say that I CAN NOT find a single bra at target ????. I can still work a small bralettes, but not any regular bras. If anyone has had any luck with 32 bands and larger cups, please point me in that direction. I know there are others here with that issue!

Hey girl, congrats you look AMAZING! Nordstroms is THE place to go for small bands with large cups. I wear a 30/32 band and E/F cup. So finding bras is very hard but Nordstrom has the best sizing and selection I have found any where. Good luck!

American Eagle/Aerie actually has a bra called Hannah that I was so happy to find I bought like 15 of them because I had been searching for years to find a comfortable, well-fitting bra. It's comfortable and has small band sizes and large cups without push up or excessive padding. Might work for you! :)

For those people who like to check out the process, I'm updating at 1 month out. Things are going really well! The implants have not gotten any lower and have fluffed beautifully. They are so soft and squishy too! I am continuing to get feeling back in my right breast. The nerve pain is down as well. So, I have hope that will continue. I have one tenting suture at the bottom oid my left breast when I raise my arm. It tugs on the muscle below a little, but my surgeon says it'll desolve eventually and it's not a big deal. All in all, I'm thrilled with my results. But, do know that this recovery does take time. I'm still not able to workout like I usually do and I'm still sore. Everyone heals differently, and I'm a pretty fast healer, so I'm amazed at the fact I'm still getting a little tired and sore a month out. But, it's well worth the wait and I certainly don't want to damage anything. I'll post a 6 week out update in 2 weeks!

Can you give specs on brand, shape, texture, and cc's? I'm getting a revision and love your results.

Hi Sparklemotion! I got allergan naturelle inspira line round textured 415cc high profile silicone under muscle. It's a night and day difference from the 325cc saline I had from 19 years ago. They're amazing!

Awesome! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your photos in such great detail. I know it's a very personal decision and you are so courageous and generous to share it. I'm so happy for you that you had such a great result. I have had Mentor smooth round saline 350cc's under the muscle for almost 18 years now and I hate how the saline feels. I can't wait to swap them out with silicone. Being thin with a b cup before my first BA means I don't have a ton of breast tissue and when my weight goes down to 110 lbs they just feel so hard and gross to me. I hope I have an outcome as great as yours! Thanks again for sharing and for your quick response. :)

I have a couple more questions for you, if you don't mind. What were the specs on your old implants? Brand, projection, texture, subglandular or submuscular? Did your bra size change after the revision? Thanks so much for your advice. <3

I'm happy to answer! I started as a 32 AA, no real tissue. I had 325cc round submuscle saline. The brand was mentor, i think. I ended up about a 34c/32dd. Then i had one replaced 2 years out for capulsar contracture. I breastfed for a total of 2.5 years and they got a bit saggy/deflated. So, we went back with the hp to fill that out. So, I'm a little bigger, probably about a half cup size. But they are fluffed perfectly, no more sag. Way better cleavage.

Sounds just like my situation. Do you love the feel of silicone compared to the saline? Is it that big of a difference?
March 16, 2018
It's a HUGE HUGE difference. The saline, i could feel the entire implant, i could crinkle them, they almost felt like water bottles or something under the skin. Plus, they were hard and didn't jiggle. These are so soft and squishy! My husband agrees the feel is considerably better/ more natural.

Oh I'm so excited to get mine done!! Just gotta find a good doc. Thank you so much for sharing with me. <3
