Pre-Op Appointment and Sizing Thoughts
Just got back from my pre-op appointment! Super excited!
So at my first, initial consult appointment, we tried on 295, 320 and 350cc sizers. Even though Dr. O said it would be a game time decision when I'm on the table, as far as which one we'd go with.. I guess I still left there, thinking that 350 would be possible. And what I wanted, since I want to go as large as possible. So I made the 350 rice sizers and felt pretty settled on that size. I even thought those looked a liiittle smaller than the look I wanted... so I tried out 420cc rice sizers just for fun.. but those were just ridiculous looking, and so big that there was literally not enough space to fit them in the boob area.. They were spilling out into my armpits and I had a uni-boob situation going on! So I felt pretty resolved with 350.
BUT when we went over it today, Dr. O explained that even 350 would be pushing it, based on my breast base measurements. :( He said he would TRY for it.. but it would probably be too much of a stretch.. and that 295 or 320 would probably be what ends up happening. So that's disappointing.. but not a whole lot I can do.
He had an interesting point.. Most women who get BA's have breastfed, and I have not. So he said I'm more of a unique case because we're working with a.) a super narrow frame... and b.) VERY little breast tissue since I'm kid-less.
So.. I would be THRILLED to get 350cc's... but I guess I'd better plan on 290.. and if I end up with more, I'll just be extra happy! I trust that he's going to do whatever is best for me... he knows I wanna go bigger.. but he's the professional, so I'm sure he'll make me look great, with whatever he chooses!
Also..
My left breast base measured at about 10.5.. and my right breast base was 9.5 That seems like a huge difference! My right boob is a tiny bit smaller than my left, since I'm right-handed.. but not to the point of needing two different cc's. But he did say that since my right breast base is smaller, that boob is going to be the determining factor for how big we can get 'em. Stupid asymmetrical body!

Rice Sizers -- 350 and 420cc
I like the look of the 350's a lot... That's totally the look I'm hoping for! I did 420 just for fun.. it looks ridiculous though. I look like a body builder.
So I've decided to keep track of my BA journey,...
So I've decided to keep track of my BA journey, for before/afters and to organize all my thoughts about it. I'm starting at about a 32AA and have a pretty petite frame.. I think my measurements are like.. 31-23-34. So I have a narrow rib cage and small waist, but feel like I'm semi-"hippy," considering my upper torso. So I've wanted a BA for like.. my whole life.. just to balance that out, so I'll have a perfect hourglass figure.
At my pre-op appointment this week, I plan to ask for all my chest measurements (ex. breast base, etc), so I can post those.
