First Breast Augmentation 425 Cc Saline Under the Muscle

Dr Matthew Mosher was very pleasant to deal with throughout the procedure. The consultation went great and he answered all of my questions and concerns. His staff were very helpful and made the payment process quick as well as getting scheduled in for my first surgery. Surgery day went quite smoothly I got dropped off, they had me in right away and made me feel very comfortable. Before I knew it I woke up from surgery, I was taped up and had a special Bra garment that was provided by him that I've had to wear for about a month. The pain was minimal, it is just hard to do things like driving standard or anything where you put pressure on your arms as it flexes your muscles. I took one week off work. But within five days I was pretty much back at it. My implants are 425 cc hp under the muscle, I am very happy with them considering it is my first implants. I do think I would be going bigger but I knew that was an option to upgrade… I did not have the option to make them smaller in the future. So I started at a comfortable size. My final size at the end without a bra was a big C. With Dr. Mosher's boobs I would say they are very natural looking. That's the most comments I would get on them. The scars are about an inch long under the breast and very minimal. They are very faint which is a good thing. The shape is nice and round, and I don't have any problems with Rippling. The after care staff and people from yes Medspa were wonderful to deal with. They sent me flowers at home after and I was available to call for any questions I had after the surgery. I was then booked in for a follow up within a week, a month and a few months later.
