It's taken me a long time to write this review, the reason is it's been emotionally /physically exhausting. I went from 190cc round textured implants to 445cc tear drop textured implants and it's been a complicated and painful experience. My first implants were done 17 years ago and i had no problems at all but after having kids and losing weight they needed an upgrade. I went to Dr Matousek initially for fat transfer since i wanted a bit of Lipo and adding fat to breasts sounded like a perfect solution, right? But No. I had no breast size increase from fat transfer and my right breast drooped further. Lumps/cysts appeared on both breasts which have now hardened (1 year post op). One cyst even leaks from my nipple (not cute). The liposuction was ok but i have some loose skin which i think is kind of normal?? I asked Dr Matousek for my implants to be removed and replaced with 445cc tear drops. Straight after the operation, I had a really very painful Hematoma to my right breast and both breasts had ' Double bubble'. I took strong post op pain killers for 3 weeks. It was extremely painful (and I've given birth without drugs so I understand what pain is!). I have since seen two plastic surgeons to enquire about revision, both have said the right side pocket is too small for implant (explaining why I got hematoma) and my breast is bulging hard with a constant 'pulling feeling' inside. I have not been able to do upper body workouts for over 18 months. Dr Matousek will only fix my left side (no cost) but not to my right breast (not covered). Dr Matousek's after care was terrible she made so many excuses instead of admitting to mistakes. Dr Matousek is often away and is difficult to get follow up appointments. I live interstate. I would've written a review earlier but i was hoping to get my money back from Dr Matousek so I can afford my revision elsewhere. I could never give my body back into her hands after all that has happened. It was an extremely painful recovery. I lost 50% of my hair through stress and trauma. Now I'm stuck with costs for revision for a new surgeon. I'm still saving for revision 18 months later not being able to move on : (
