A 10/10 Experience!

I am so grateful to Dr Natalie Ngan and her team of Cindy and Nadhirah at the practice. I am 10 months post prophylactic mastectomy and implant reconstruction. From the day I met them, I was provided with impeccable person-centred care, with no query or concern ever too great. When I had issues with dressings after my hospital discharge, they made me feel comfortable and normal while they addressed my concerns. It was a stressful time for me, as my first big surgery, and Natalie was just wonderful at talking to me as a person, while being professional. 10 months on, I am so happy with the results and would recommend the team to anyone! 10 stars!
