Bedside manner: Dr. Karanetz was patient, friendly and sweet. She took time to answer all my questions and concerns, and didn't rush into anything. Her assistant was very warm as well.

Procedure: She was extremely precise and walked me through the procedure step by step.

Result: I wanted to wait for a bit until the effect fully kicks in before I write this review. I was worried about receiving excessive unit of botox that makes my face sunken, which happened before with other providers. Dr. Karanetz was conservative about the amount of botox I am receiving as her first-time patient. I am very happy about the result.
