I Had a Terrible Experience

This review is not about Dr. Baron but the aestheticians who work in her office. The customer service is atrocious! I was not greeted and the aesthetician did not introduce herself. I waited 45 minutes to be taken into my appointment. There was no apology for the excessive wait. The aesthetician was at the front desk when I came in and asked for my identification which she neglected to return. I called that evening and left a message concerning the id. The next day I spoke with someone who wanted me to come back and pick it up, which I could not do. Then they wanted to put in the regular mail during the July 4th week. I had to request that my i.d. is mailed overnight but an employee told me she would bring it to me later that night. She did not bring nor did she call to explain why she could not bring it. July 4th, she left a message saying she would bring my i.d o this day. I returned her call and she brought it around noon. I thought I did my homework before choosing an aesthetician but this was a horrible experience.
