Dr. Rian Maercks is the best plastic surgeon ever! You can't "see" his work, it looks so natural. I am a professional model (15years) so my face and body are my livelihood. I opted to have his cold-subfacial breast augmentation 4 years ago - best thing I ever did for myself! I have undetectable scarring, all sensation, they're so natural looking, they're soft, bouce, move - my model friends (who see me topless) and even my boyfriend CAN'T TELL they're not mine! People are genuinely shocked when the topic comes up and I fess up. lol They've paid for themselves at least 3 times with the amount of bookings I've gotten since then, and I would do it again 1000 times. I trust no one else with my body. I also had Dr. Maercks aethestically balance my face. Remember - the face is not only how we show the world expressions, communicate and how we're recognized - my face is my CAREER. So, I was super hesitant to have anything altered on my face for fear of that "done" look. Other models I know have ruined their careers by having bad "work"... But like I said - I totally trust him, and he blew me away again. I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt, and I'm pretty sure I just lengthened my modeling career by another decade. I still look like me - just the most beautiful version of myself I've ever seen. I do professional Photoshop retouching as well, and its literally like I've been photoshopped in real life. The changes are so slight, I had to study my own befores and afters hard to even figure out why I look so much prettier. I still couldn't figure it out until Dr. Maercks walked me through each tiny change that made a HUGE difference. It's not even about being perfectly symmetrical, it's a balance thing. He told me he studied what makes beautiful people beautiful, and figured out how to enhance whichever feature(s) will achieve your most beautiful face. Don't freak out with the swelling - totally did that with both my breast aug and face. He does absolutely beautiful work - and as a perfectionist, that is saying ALOT. Dr. Maercks was a Fine Arts major before he went into medicine - he's a truly talented ARTIST, and his work on me has been just gorgeous, not only to me, but all my friends and family are so impressed, they're now saving up to have him work on them! He has that "vision" artists have... I feel so incredibly lucky that I found him. I'll never trust anyone else with my face and body! Customer for LIFE!
