6 days post lower facelift, neck lift & lip lift - exceptional so far

Hey y'all-
I'm six days post lower facelift, neck lift and lip lift from Dr. Fechner in Worcester. So far my experience has been pretty exceptional- the end result is obviously still pending.
The clinic is very posh and they have their own surgery suite, so no hospital. The support staff are instantly your BFFs- very friendly, down to earth lovely ladies.
He only does faces- which was important to me- if I'm going to pay the equivalent of a new BMW, I want the very best. Having only one face and all...
Th doc gave me a call the night before, which I really appreciated. And he's pretty hunky, not that his looks factor.. but just sayin' - hubba hubba (lol)
The weird stitches I guess is a technique used to avoid necrosis and ensure beautiful scar (or lack of).
I'm feeling pretty happy about my lip lift already- anxious to see the final results though. There's so much swelling still.

I had a deep plane facelift,, lip lift, neck lift. Wha a journey - I didn’t have a single complication but the mental journey is something that will throw you for a loop!
At 3 months it’s like it all came together and wow! So happy!!
