Hello All!

It's been a year since my tummy tuck and breast lift so I wanted to keep you updated.

Unfortunately my breast are uneven again at this time. Right one is sitting very high and has become harder and uncomfortable. I did have a capsulectomy last year on the right breast but it does not appear to have helped. Nipples are uneven but they were like that after surgery so that's nothing new.

I have excess skin above my belly button, the area around by belly button is indented and all in all looks very odd especially when I sit. We actually met a plastic surgeon and his wife while on vacation last April and we became good friends and hung out for the entire trip. He recommended pulling the extra skin up and cutting from under the breast. I'll mention that to the doctor and see what he says.

I have an appointment with Dr. Salzman tomorrow to follow-up and see about fixing the issues that remain. I'll let you know what he recommends:-)

Pics I took this morning are attached.

My belly looks kinda like yours at the top too! I was wondering if it was extra skin because of all the sit ups and exercising I have been doing or if that was what it will always look like? You will have to let me know what the doctor says about yours!!

60 Days Thigh Lift

User Avatar

Quick update. Tomorrow will be my 60 days mark for my medial thigh lift. I've healed nicely as you can see. Small thin lines. I know some have had pleats with your surgeries and be thankful as your surgeon took more skin off. I'd be happier to have less skin:-)

Still not fitting in my old shorts and pants. Legs are about an inch bigger at this time and my hips are 2 inches bigger. I'm only 2 pounds heavier than the day I had surgery and am working out like crazy and only eating 1200 cals a day so not sure what the issue is. I really don't see any swelling other than a little in my tummy at the end of the day so not sure what's going on with my body. But it's making me mad!!!

Please do not ask me to post additional pictures as there are plenty in my history:-)

You look great and thank you for posting and keeping us updated. I'm sure you're still swollen, they day it takes at least 6 months. What do you mean by wishing doctor could have taken more skin? Are you seeing your thighs loosen?

Congratulations! You look great. I am having a medial thigh lift procedure in June. I want to ask how much time did you take off work? I can only take 10 days off.

Okay so I just took these pics (8:30 p.m. March 4, 2016). I'm actually a little swollen. Everyone that's done these surgeries knows you're a little swollen at the end of the day:-) But still look pretty darn good! LOL! I folded my panties over so you could see my tummy scar. Also, I'm still 7 pounds heavier than when I started 10 weeks ago, and it's all in my hips and butt - not really sure I dislike it;-) . Just now starting to get back into an exercise routine.

Thanks and same to you! They look good. Two small thin red lines. About an inch area on the left that still a little raised but everything has flattened out and still in the same spot, no migration. Most of it flattened out in the last week when I started walking a lot. A few days ago I started massaging them. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

That's great! Looking forward to seeing your new pics and also mine flattening out. Hopefully this weekend with all the walking will help mine fatten more.
