Very Poor Result...

Still a very poor result. No progress/growth since the last update. Very frustrated, depressed, disappointed.. you get the idea. Safe to say the transplant failed. Unless you count less than 100 hairs yield as impressive. (originally had 2355 grafts in my frontal hairline transplanted)

9 months ago (September 2017) I had a hair transplant 2355 grafts in my frontal region (receding hairline and corners). I'm a 27 year old male. I started to lose 2-3 recipient hairs on day 5 of post op. Now 9 months later, I see very little growth. Maybe 5-10% or less hairs survived/grew. I got an ACELL PRP injection at another clinic at the 6-month mark to jump-start growth.. I don't see any signs of hope.
Seems like a failed transplant. Dr. Diep is a very reputed and board certified surgeon. He is known for his fantastic results and has a YouTube channel and several patients to show for. But it doesn't look like a fairy tale ending in my case. I'm at the 9 month mark and I'm aware I need to wait until 12 months. I'll post an update at 12 months. I don't foresee any changes coming.
