I started thinning when I was 19 years old. I'm 41 and have been shaving my head for over 15 years. I didn't like how even with a shaved head, it was obvious that I had "lost" my hair. I went to NHI to investigate a FUE procedure but I discovered the SMP option and i LOVE it... I purposly didn't tell anyone not even my mom. When she saw me she didn't say anything and I finally asked her "do I look any different?" She said "well, I was thinking you have more hair, but maybe I'm just old and my vision is going" lol
