After having read and educated myself about the options available, I choose to receive a hair transplant. I reviewed a number of practitioners in the Los Angeles area. I selected NHI due to their deep experience in the field, their positive reviews and their approach to patients: educate, inform and support. The initial consultant was great, I came in requesting one procedure and after discussing the options with Dr. Pak, elected a different option based on his thoughts and more research. The day of the procedure was smooth, well coordinated and extremely comfortable. Follow up care has been excellent. Overall, I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend NHI to anyone.

Dr. Pak was excellent throughout the process from the initial consultation to the follow up.
