Excellent! Dr Pak was extremely confident, knowledgeable and relaxed about how straightforward the proceedure would be, and how good the outcome would be that he expected. The after op care (although not really required) was very nicely handled and I really felt like I could call back in any time. I had the op on a Thursday and was back in the office on Monday. Thed whole experince was both very professional and very relaxed. Made me feel very confident that it was the right thing to do....and it was!
