I have been thinking about have this done for some time, after extensive research I selected Dr Fallahdar to perforn this at the London Wellbeck Hospital. I had an open Rhinoplasty on the 26th April and the cast off 2 weeks later.
There is still extensive swelling which I am getting checked next week.
I will add some more before and after pictures in due course.
