When considering rhinoplasty, it is crucial to choose the right surgeon. I struggled with this as I always wanted to have work on my nose, but wasn't able to find a surgeon whom I trusted to give me the natural results I wanted. I had almost given up until I met Mr Davood Fallahdar whom was recommended to me by two friends who previously had great rhinoplasty results with him. I immediately trusted him after only one consultation as he is very professional and conservative in the way he works, meaning he would only optimize my nose, but not change it so much that it won't fit my face anymore. Mr Fallahdar was extremely attentive and supportive throughout the entire process and the staff at the clinic was very kind and caring on the day of my surgery and created a nice and friendly environment. Post surgery, I experienced no pain whatsoever and only one day of minor bruising and a few days of minor swelling, due to the gentle way Mr Fallahdar operates. I am extremely happy with my new nose which perfectly matches my face and is the result I always dreamed of! I highly recommend Mr Fallahdar for the best ever rhinoplasty!

I had my breast augmentation with Davood Falladhar on 7th Feb 2018. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I could not have gone ahead with this operation without fully trusting the Surgeon I looked at so many and Davood Falladhar was the one stood out. He was number one on my list for years prior to the operation

I have been intermittently unhappy with my chest for as long as I can remember and considered breast augmentation since I was 18. Over the last 4’years I have given it serious consideration and finally in 2017 after 2 consultations with Davood Falladhar, I booked in for the op! My goal was natural and not too big, and this is exactly what I got.

I put this off for so long as I was terrified of the surgery, having foreign objects inside me, the potential complications and looking too fake. I did a ton of research over the last few years, the more I read the more I relaxed. If I went to a top surgeon who specialised in this surgery I figured I’d have the best chance at a good result without complications. I got a great result!

In my mind I had the idea of around 200cc tear drop dual plane/under muscle/textured, but really I was overwhelmed by information at this stage and didn’t have much clue of sizes/placements. When I met with Mr Falladhar he talked me through the different options and suggested I try a 300cc round smooth sizer (opposite of what I was initially thinking!) and he mentioned I had enough room to go over the muscle.

I researched again and decided to go with the 300cc round smooth implant over the muscle. I so was worried they would look too fake and too big but they don’t t all, they look like my own!

In fact it has exceeded my expectations, I’m so so happy with my result. Mr Falladhar must be the best surgeon in the world to get such a perfect result.

I was a 32B before surgery and now a 32 DD/34D depending wear I shop. VS bras I can just squeeze into a 32DDD.

I found the recovery tough (although most people on here seem to find it ok) I struggled, I felt very weak for the first 3 days, I had extreme nausea for 5-7 days and burning in my nipples that was unbearable but it wore off after a few days. It was all worth it though.

I have only one regret, not being brave enough to have this done years go. I couldn’t be happier with my result :)

I underwent a breast augmentation and mastopexy with Dr Fallahdar shortly after my 18th birthday after much consideration. For years I had been conscious of my breast size and wanted a fuller appearance to feel more confident within myself. When meeting Mr Fallahdar for the first time he made me feel very comfortable and was very clear about the approach he would take to help me achieve optimal results. Everything was explained thoroughly and all the questions and worries I had were answered in depth. My experience with Dr. Fallahdar and The Private Clinic has been extremely positive and has exceeded my expectations on all counts. Upon meeting Dr. Fallahdar I knew I had found the surgeon I wanted to perform my rhinoplasty. Above being a true artist, he is also an extremely lovely person who was understanding of my concerns and did everything possible to give me the best outcome of my surgery and a result that I am happy with.

During the consultations was very thorough and listened to what I had to say, as well as giving me his honest opinion on what he could achieve from surgery. He ensured that I was comfortable when I was having concerns leading up to the surgery and went out of his way to see me to put my mind at ease. This was my first surgery and I was very nervous but I knew I trusted Dr. Fallahdar, which is something that is important as this feeling was the only thing to keep me calm at times.

I was very nervous before the surgery however Dr. Fallahdar, as well as all of the nurses and anaesthetists made it impossible to feel scared as they were all exceptional in making me feel comfortable and putting a smile on my face. My mum was by my side throughout and she was very impressed at the effort that went into the hospital care.

My recovery from the surgery was very quick, after five days I no longer had any obvious bruising which proves how gentle of a surgeon he is as he takes his time during surgery which is something not a lot of surgeons do. I went to my graduation THREE weeks later looking and feeling amazing and I only have Dr. Fallahdar to thank for that.

My healing journey has been smooth and I am overjoyed with the results, my swelling has not been a problem for me as I am aware this surgery is a process and that you cannot make a true judgement on the results until almost a year after. However, being at 4 months post-op I am noticing a lot of refinement and words cannot express how pleased I am. My scars are invisible which was a concern for me as I also had an alar reduction, however they are not visible and I have never felt the need to cover them with makeup.

I will recommend Dr. Fallahdar and The Private Clinic to anyone who asks.

The care and support I received prior to, during and after my recent rhinoplasty surgery was of the highest standard. Mr fallahdar is obviously a highly skilled and experienced surgeon but additionally the most attentive, understanding doctor.
The whole experience including the standard of care received in the hospital and the professionalism and support from the whole team involved was exceptional .

Dr Fallahdar was polite welcoming and had a pleasant approach. He was informative and spent time going through various implants explaining the differences and pointing out the positives snd negatives of each helping me make the right choice. He was calm and was taking an active interest in listening to what I was hoping to achieve. Very professional and I would recommend him for this. The price I was quoted for a standard BA was at the top of the price range in london and unlike places like Transform and Mya who offered the same procedure for about 1800 less and theirs came with several years cover, Dr Fallahdar doesn't offer cover in terms of surgery/ surgeon cost in case of ruptures or capsular contraction and combining this with his higher fee meant one could get more for kess money elsewhere so it wasn't a good deal.
In the wnd I decided not to have the BA with him because he told me he can not guarantee a smallish gab between the post op breasts and my worst nightmare is to have a big gap between the implants. Non the less, Dr Fallahdar is very professional and the service him and his assistant Trisha gave me was really good.

I had Breast implants done by Mr Fallahdar and I must admit it was truly life changing. He and his team made me feel very comfortable before and after surgery. I was assured before the procedure that my implants would look natural, which they did. My Implants look perfectly natural, even my previous partner had no idea and thought that I was gifted with perfect breasts but I know that I was gifted by a perfect surgeon. My original size was 34B and now I am a32 E, they are that size because my waist is fairly small. I had slight discomfort during the first few days after surgery, which is normal.
Mr Fallahar work is incredible and I highly recommend him.

I had my breast augmentation with Mr Fallahdar back in 2014, at the time I was 24yo, size 6-8, 30C.
I can't recommend Mr Fallahdar enough, he is absolutely fantastic, very professional and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. I had thought about getting a breast augmentation for a while so I looked straight to Harley Street to book some consultations. I had searched around for different surgeons and had read fabulous reviews for Mr Fallahdar so I chose to see him first at The Private Clinic. I brought my mum along and she was welcomed to come in and join me. There was also a chaperone there who didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. Mr Fallahdar introduced himself and spoke about his background in medicine and what he specializes, He then asked me what I was looking for and I explained I was looking for a natural looking shape to really boost my confidence and make me feel like a real woman. I didn't want to go too big but I wanted something that stuck out as much on the front and my bum stuck out on the back. The implants were all laid out on the table next to me and after an examination of my breasts which included taking measurements and photos by Mr Fallahdar which I felt completely comfortable with (he was very professional throughout) he advised that for my size body I could choose from the two smallest implants on the table and he advised the anatomical (teardrop) shape with the placing to be dual plane. This is when rather than completely under or completely over the muscle it's half and half, the top half is under the muscle while the bottom half is over the muscle and this was so I could have a natural looking top half of the breast and and lovely rounded bottom half. I was given a bra to wear so that I could try the implants on for size and decided that I would go with the bigger of the two. I was told that if I wanted to go ahead with the surgery I couldn't have it within two weeks from my consultation so to allow me time to think and not rush into anything. I felt completely at ease with all of the information I was provided with by Mr Fallahdar and he happily answered all of mine and my mum's questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was so impressed and felt so confident with Mr Fallahdar that within a week I had booked my surgery date for a month after my consultation. The whole booking process was really smooth. I had my surgery at the London Wellbeck Hospital and due to me having to get a train home that evening after surgery as I live outside of London and couldn't stay overnight I was given the first time slot of the day by Mr Fallahdar. He came to see me before surgery and took some last minute photos, marked my soon to be incision sites, explained the plan for the day and answered any concerns or questions I had. After a little wait I was taken into theatre to have my first GA which I can say was the best experience I could have wished for. Once surgery was over and I was back in my private room and had rested Mr Fallahdar came to see me and check on my breasts to see if I had any feeling in my nipples etc. At the time I couldn't feel my nipples at all and being a bit out of it on pain killers I kept asking him over and over if I would ever feel my nipples again which he didn't mind and he kept reassuring me (I started to feel full sensation after a day or so). I came back to see Mr Fallahdar a week later (the appointment was meant to be with the nurse but I couldn't make it that day so Mr Fallahdar let me see him instead) he took off my bandages and advised I could stop wearing the velcro bandage they give you after surgery to help push the implants down. My breasts were still very swollen and sore but I was already feeling so much confidence. I saw Mr Fallahdar again a week later and he was very happy with his work. He even high-fived me! So now almost four years after surgery he was happy to see me again for a follow-up as I was having some pain in one breast which I was worried might be the implant turning or something worse - it was nothing like that and Mr Fallahdar reassured me all was well.

In all I can say that he is without doubt an exceptional surgeon and gave me everything I wanted. He says that there's no such thing as perfection but I can tell you I absolutely love my breasts now and I think they are pretty perfect. If you are looking for a natural shape and are willing to take Mr Fallahdar's advice on what is best for you then I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely be coming back to see him once I've had children.

I was looking for the right plastic surgeon since i was 24 years old ( I'm currently 28 ). I'm a recovery nurse and I currently work in a cosmetic clinic, so I saw lots of surgeon and after I've seen Mr Fallahdar results and I was really impressed!! I decided to book a consultation with him, he s so meticulous in his practice, we went thought which size of implant could suit me and he was available for every single explanation. the operation day was arrived and I felt great and comfortable he loves make a cosy atmosphere all around the theatre. then I was woken up and all I can remember was him hand over a precise post instruction to the recovery nurse. I didn't have much pain all I can describe was like a mild bearable sore and I could get rid of it taking a normal paracetamol. As normal routine I had to wear a supportive Bra, I also had to meet the outpatient nurse after one week in order to remove dressing and chase any problem(which I didn't have) and after one month I met Mr Fallahdar while he confirmed me that everything went well and He was very happy about all. My breast was asymmetric, my left side was smaller compare to the right side, and he was really honest and realistic saying that nobody can fix at all asymmetry however so far I can only say that my breast looks absolutely amazing, real and I cant see any difference between them; they are perfectly symmetric. the whole thing has been great and would encourage anyone to go for it specially with him such of talented surgeon.

Im scrub nurse and I have been in Plastic and cosmetic field for a while I have always been self conscious about my nose and after being told I would have to have surgery to correct my breathing problems I decided why not go all the way :-). I have met with a handful of surgeons during my carrer but one day my attention was stolen by Mr fallahdar I can’t stress how happy I am with the results! The whole process has been so great, I had my first consultation in clinic and we went thought what I didn’t like with my nose and what Mr Fallahdar could do to give me a nose that would suit me The operation day It just arrived lovely, cozy, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, I was made to feel very welcome by Mr fallahdar He s just awesome and passionate nothing seemed to much effort, communication so clear, he s so meticulous and he was always available for single explanation Next thing you know I’m being woken up and felt absolutely fab Me feeling fab has literally carried on the whole time, hardly had any pain and if I did all I can describe it as is like a headache in my nose. It was really mild and was able to get rid of it with paracetamol. He loves review patient any single time between recovery and overnight area and He wanted see me again the day after in clinic. Minimal bruise and leaking during the next 15 days! No pain . I was basically back to normal going out the house 4 days after my operation as I felt absolutely fine, then it came to day 15 when my cast came off and the grand unveiling. I was in love with my nose even before my cast was off, as soon as it came off I loved it, from the front I looked slightly plump just due to swelling which will go down. The stitching I’ve got are dissolvable and will go soon enough. Can’t stress how great the whole thing has been and would encourage anyone who felt the same as me to go for it! Best Surgeon! Fact
