I have been stalking realself for the past year...

I have been stalking realself for the past year now, trying to summon up the courage to book my own surgery. I've got to be honest, I'm so nervous about the surgery and recovery but I've been so unhappy with my body that I feel I owe this to myself to gain some much needed confidence!
A bit about me, I had my first BA at the age of 21. At the time I had just lost a load of weight and had gone from a full D cup to a very deflated B. I wanted to restore volume and perhaps go a bit larger, so I had my surgery and my surgeon added 520's. Needless to say, I was a lot larger with these beasts than a D cup and I ended up with a 28GG cup size! My boobs looked fab but they are much to big for me and I always knew I would go smaller.
Just before I got married, 4 years later, I developed a capsular contracture, it's about a grade 3 at the moment, still looks OK ish but my right breast is very hard and a bit painful.
I knew I wanted children so decided to wait until I had finished my family before having any more surgery.
Fast forward 6 years, I've now had 2 emergency c sections, I've gained and lost about 40 pounds each time and had a third pregnancy this year that sadly didn't work out. My body is ruined. I've got a 4cm diastasis recti that causes loads of secondary issues with my back and shoulders, I'm a very fit person and work out most days. I've lost all of my baby weight and some, but because of my tummy separation I still look about 5 months pregnant and I have lots of loose skin and it just kind of hangs when I bend over, not very attractive!
I've met with Dr Jonathan Britto and have booked a full tummy tuck with muscle repair ( he says I might need a vertical cut as well as horizontal? Has anyone ever had this??) Breast implant exchange, going under the muscle this time, capsular removal and a lift, God writing this all down still seems crazy to me! He says the surgery is going to take 5 hours and will be quite complicated which makes me nervous but I really trusted him and he went to great lengths to explain everything to me.
I would love anyone's advise as to recovery tips, what things I will need to buy and most importantly, how do you cope with young children? My kids will be 2 and 4 at the time of surgery but my 4 year old has mild cerebral palsy and needs a little more care than most children of that age.
I'm trying to sum up the courage to post some pictures, I'll try later!
