After having 3 children my figure was a long way from what it had previously been and so I decided to take action and do something about it. I knew a few people who had had a breast augmentation, but I was always a little sceptical about the procedure, what if I didn’t like the results of the surgery and also concerned about the long term effects. I started doing my research and came across Dr William Townley who is an expert in this field. I arranged to meet with Dr Townley to discuss having a breast augmentation and the options open to me. I went into the meeting feeling a little apprehensive (and even dragged my husband along with me), but my worries were soon put to rest. Dr Townley was extremely professional and experienced in breast augmentation, talking me through the different types of implants, shapes, sizes and alleviating any concerns or worries that I had had previously. I was adamant that I wanted a very natural look and so he recommended I had 270cc silicone implants half under the muscle and half over. He talked me through the procedure, the aftercare and discussed the follow up appointments at the different stages of my recovery.
I quickly decided to have the procedure done under the care of Dr Townley and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
The process started very quickly and within 2 weeks I was booked in to have the procedure done. Dr Townley was there when I arrived at the hospital on the morning of the surgery and once again talked me through what would happen and how I would feel after the surgery. I felt fully informed, confident and excited about my new breasts. After the surgery, Dr Townley came to see me and reassured me that the surgery had gone well and what I needed to do to heal quickly and reduce the pain over the next few days.

Since my surgery, I have had 2 follow up appointments with Dr Townley to make sure I was healing well and that I was happy with the results. From the start I wanted a natural look and aimed for a 34D bra size and that is exactly what I now have. I cannot speak more highly of Dr Townley, he was exceptional throughout the whole process. He made me feel calm and confident of the end results throughout and I have the breasts that I have always wanted. I would highly recommend Dr Townley to anyone who is thinking of having a breast augmentation, I couldn’t be happier with the end result
