How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

THE WORST OFFICE!
My overall experience from day 1 to present.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE!****WARNING*****I chose 305 plastic surgery because of the surgeon I wanted to have my procedure with. However, I did not know having a good doctor came with a BIG PRICE! I was booked for revision liposuction. When I booked my procedure, I was told how I should plan out my stay from the day of my pre op to the day of my last post op. I booked my flights and awaited a call the day before my pre op to confirm a "specific time" to come in due to the "pandemic and having social distancing". I get a call the day before to come in at 12:30pm; I then arrived to my appointment to walk in the office of more than 10+ patients in the small lobby(so much for social distancing). I checked in and waited 20 minutes until I asked the front desk receptionists how much longer to see the doctor, and all they said was "I don't know love, depends on what time the doctor is done with surgery" (mind you, they told me my appointment will be 30-45min long and needed to come straight from the airport). I then question why they would schedule me at a time the doctor isn't even available AND they had 3 other patients scheduled in the morning waiting to still see him as well. I then demand to see the coordinator and when I was taken to the back, I met with 5 other employees doing different things. (Very unorganized) I had a staff member take my Covid-19 testing and had to poke my finger numerous times to draw my blood. I then had another staff take my EKG; I am honestly not even sure anyone was medically qualified to do what they were doing. I waited a total of 3hours and still had not seen the doctor. I left and told them I would be back later because I needed to check in to the hotel. When I came back, I finally saw the doctor and TOLD ME who ever scheduled me provided INACCURATE INFORMATION by telling me I wasn't going to have a drain post surgery and didn't need to stay longer than 5 days! Dr.Salas told me I needed to stay 1 week and I was having a drain; I did not come prepared for this, luckily I am in the medical field (plastics and reconstructive) and was familiar in removing the drain myself but why should I have to do this when I could've plan my trip accordingly given the CORRECT instructions. Then, during my consultation, the doctor was reviewing my chart and the office had my procedure as BBL. I had to correct them and tell them I only want liposuction and that's what I paid for. How do you make a huge mistake like this? They also did not want to give me my prescription until after my surgery; I told the doctor I was allergic to a certain antibiotic and needed an alternative antibiotic. Day of surgery AGAIN my chart was marked down as BBL. How do you mess this up again when it was corrected the day before? Waking up in recovery I leave really nauseas because they did not want to give me more nausea medication and was only given Zofran 2mg which is NOTHING. (I had 4mg zofran dissolvable tablets at home) I did not think they would send me home like this! I was in recovery for 30 min only and the nurse said she wanted to go home and if she can start getting me out of bed despite my low blood pressure, pain, and nausea I was feeling. The nurse that discharged me also was writing me down with the antibiotic I was allergic to and a depository nausea medication, WHAT?!. I am a little sedated and even I know what you're given me I CANNOT take and was discussed with the doctor prior to this. I left the facility with NO PRESCRIPTION. I had the worst night of my life, I was in so much pain, I was feeling horrible and the office nor nurse were available to get a hold of. Can you imagine traveling from another state to deal with all of this? I was not able to sleep from everything I was feeling. I get a call in the morning asking to come in at 1pm, when I get there, the assistant (not even sure if it's a nurse) saw me for my post op. She was Spanish speaker only and was not able to understand what I was trying to tell her. She didn't even look at all my incisions to determine if everything was healing okay. She took 3 minutes and told me to come back in two days. At this point, I had it; they were sending me home again with NO prescription and no proper post op care. I then complained to them and then was told they can no longer give me zofran (nausea medication) because they can't give you after 24hrs after surgery (but they can still give me the depository) WHAT?? I've never heard of anything like that in the 8 years of medical field (it wasn't my fault I didn't receive my prescription when I should've). I stormed out with just the antibiotic prescription they gave me; I had to argue to get the pain medication as well. (I'm still hours after surgery; not even 24hrs). The assistant kept rolling her eyes and telling me take it or leave it (talking about the prescription), she had another staff along her side telling me I don't even need what I'm requesting. Every body is different and tolerates surgery differently; they are not the same, and how can you tell that to a patient that's 16hrs post surgery??? Everyone there is very rude, unprofessional, clueless, and just horrible at what they do. Definitely need the boards to come and regulate the clinic to determine who's really medically certified to do what they do. Customer service and front desk are the worst as well; no knowledge of anything happening. It's finally the day of last post op appointment, thinking I'm going to see the doctor because I was told by him specifically he can remove my drain that day, again I get seen by the Spanish speaker assistant and tells me she can't see me unless I sign a form saying I'm leaving back home and was medically advised I needed to stay longer. Again, I don't get proper post op care, I leave with wrong size stage 2 garment that I had to argue with front desk that it came with the package I paid for AND with my drain still in tact. It's one week today since my surgery and I never got a call back from them to tell me when it's okay to remove my drain. I removed my drain today and I am properly healing because I went under my own care from experience but imagine having this happen to someone with no medical knowledge? How can they treat a patient like this?I dealt with at least 12 staff employees and all of them horrible at what they do. STAY AWAY! Pay a little extra with an office that really cares for their patients. 305 is not it. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The worst staff and customer service. YOUR LIFE is at hands of unprofessional people here.Dr.Salas however did an amazing job; should I have known he had his own practice, I would've gone through his office instead of 305.
