Surgery Consultant- Adrian G. When I was completely ready to make this dream come true she was there, ready!

My surgery consultant is Adriana Garson, when I tell you that she has been nothing but AMAZING I really mean it. She was so patient with me I had a change of heart because I let my nerves get the best of me and she understood and gave me enough time to think things through. When I was completely ready to make this dream come true she was there, ready!!! I can’t thank her enough for her time and dedication!

Amazing experience with 305 plastic surgery

Let me tell you , I was extremely skeptical about plastic surgery overall. I had done sooooooo much research on plastic surgeons and I was just so reluctant. But when I was scrolling on Instagram I saw 305 Plastic surgery . I sent my information for a consultation. Betsy was amazing! She never once made me feel ashamed nor did she try to force procedures on me. She was extremely sweet!! I can’t wait for my surgery!!

Lipo 360 with Dr Techmes

I was originally scheduled in April but due to the pandemic was rescheduled twice. Finally getting my procedure done June 12. My original doctor passed away and I chose Dr Brewster, several days before I was told he wasn’t available and given to Dr Techmes. Everything leading up to the procedure went great, questions answered etc. Day of procedure was sent to a different facility than scheduled at. After procedure wasn’t in a faja but just an abdominal binder. No post op paperwork given. Day 2 post op appt I was questioned why I wasn’t in my proper after care, you tell me! Still needing post op care paperwork. Massages were to be scheduled but no info given prior therefore had to wait 3 days instead of day 1 post op for my first massage. Set me back a little in healing and swelling. Had to purchase 2 additional faja for fit. Some expenses were returned that I was charged for. Had to also stay 2 additional days due to flying. And fear of blood clots. Even though I’d verified my departure date prior and was told ok. Besides the communication issues everything went well. I’m now almost 2 weeks out and living my outcome. I’m also getting lymphatic massages at OT per my PCP orders I asked for. So far have had 3 and they help extremely well with the excess fluid and swelled areas.

I don’t regret my surgery, I should have done more research

I will start by saying come at your own risk. I’ve tried to be positive about this and there is positive and negative about my personal experience which I will tell at the end. Let’s start with the overall negatives and positives.Negatives:-primarily communicate via text messages on Google voice-Insists on cash only (though promotes financing and credit on Instagram)-will take your money for services and try to not refund you-long time periods to hear from surgeons (if at all)Positives:-clean office space-staff that speak English-dr Goldberg had great tummy tuck incisionsI came down to Miami from NYC for a tummy tuck with Dr. Goldberg on 9/8/21. I should mention early on that I had my period and it was heavy at the time. The anesthesiologist was great [RS bleep] was welcoming and warm and the three of us (Goldberg, she and I) are all from NYC so it felt pretty homey. Goldberg comes in singing which was nice. Goes over my paperwork I tell him that I have my period and he says it’s fine. When I was cleared by my PCP for this procedure, my hemoglobin was 11.9. He said that was fine and he proceeded to mark me. I kind of figured his marking should have been the first sign of an issue bc it was like three straight lined down my abdomen however he’s a surgeon of 40 years and I’m an anxious first time plastics patient. What the hell do I know? So I let him do his thing and wait to be called to the OR. Surgery went well, I woke up in PACU in heavy discomfort (obviously).I was discharged to my recovery house and I was doing well until day 3. I stopped draining almost completely even though I would milk my drains like OBSESSIVELY to make sure the clots and debris weren’t hindering my healing. I called and tried to get in contact but nothing really stuck. My recovery house was lax about the lack of drainage too but on the morning of 9/11 I was like no I have to go to the ER because something is not right.I went to Kendall baptist Ed for eval and ct confirmed a hematoma. My H&H was 8.9 and 24 so I was held for monitoring in case I needed a transfusion. I also was put on iron. No one intervention for the hematoma was done at the hospital. I had to blow 305 up so bad and I even posted a SOS comment on Instagram to try to get movement but to no avail until finally sept 12th I spoke to EVERYONE.Goldberg asked me to come in when I was discharged which I did and he said “you don’t have a hematoma” he until this day REFUSES to acknowledge that I had a hematoma and obviously didn’t evacuate said hematoma. He didn’t even respond or request to see the test when I told him “CT confirmed the hematoma” and I left FL 10 days after my surgery with drains in place.(I’m 16 days PO and STILL have my drains in place.) When I was in the airport I had wheels accommodations and one of the tubes came out of the bulb.I’m not sure how long it was exposed to air but when I noticed it I immediately went to the bathroom used hand sanitizer to wash off the areas and proceeded to put the tube back together. The RN of the clinic (Millie) has been so helpful and nice she even gave me her number to ask her all questions I need to and I appreciate that. Now my issue is my JP bulb looks NASTY.If you’re still with me, my drainage color is obviously that of a dissolving hematoma. Brown/red old blood color. No foul smell but I do notice build up in my bulbs and I want to flush it so bad but I haven’t found any information on if I should or not. Updated on 2 Oct 2021: So I am just being discharged from the hospital YET AGAIN. This time, in NYC. I was feeling a large sense of McJudged for having gone to florida for plastic surgery. Anyway, I was consulted by the plastic surgeon at this Ed and he tried to drain Henry with a syringe. No luck. Now I’m on Keflex for five days (I should have asked for Diflucan bc lord the yeast from all these antibiotics) so yeah. While I like his incision, overall I do not recommend Dr. Goldberg because he let his ego deny the hematoma when he could have just drained it before I left.

If you are considering surgery here

If you are considering surgery here, please do very careful research first. My experience with this clinic was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve had. The consultation and recommendations I received before the procedure created expectations that did not match what happened afterward. When I tried to discuss my concerns about the results and the inconsistencies in what I was told, I was met with very little accountability or willingness to address the situation in a meaningful way. What stood out the most to me was how quickly the tone changed once payment had been made. Patient concerns that should have been taken seriously felt dismissed, and communication became inconsistent and unhelpful. Cosmetic surgery is a major decision that affects your health, appearance, and confidence. In my personal experience, this clinic did not demonstrate the level of professionalism, transparency, or responsibility that patients deserve. I hope sharing this experience encourages others to ask difficult questions, seek multiple opinions, and make the most informed decision possible before choosing a surgeon.

Not Worth ItBreast Implant Removal

Advice Needed from Previous Breast Implant Removal and Lift

Hello! Back in June of 2023 I had an appointment scheduled with a plastic surgeon in Aventura, Florida to remove my breast implants and perform a breast lift. On the day of my pre op appointment, the manager who collected my payment kept telling me that I should get a smaller implant after I remove the original ones because she said it wasn’t going to look good but I told her that I did not implants again. She then advised that I switch from my original doctor named Dr. DiGeronimo to Dr. Ramirez because he performs better lifts without implants so I did the switch which was a complete mistake! The plastic surgeon did a horrible job on my breast lift. My left breast is a cup size bigger than my right breast, they are uneven, my nipples were positioned unevenly and my right breast has a terrible scar that exceeds under my breast all the way to the middle of my chest that you can even see in low cut shirts. I sent follow up pictures to the clinic and they stated that the doctor who performed my surgery no longer worked at the clinic and that I would have to reach out to him for a revision. When I reached out to him, he stated that he cannot perform the revision because he is no longer under the clinics contract. I reached out to the clinic again and they said that is incorrect that he can fix them and if I went back to their clinic I would have to pay another surgeon to perform the surgery again. I got a second opinion from a plastic surgeon where I live in Tampa who stated that a revision is definitely needed and is charging me almost twice the price I paid to get them done originally. They also stated that is was the clinic’s responsibility if the surgeon is no longer working there and that they should be performing the revision. I reached out to an attorney who advised that I file a complaint about the clinic and plastic surgeon who performed my surgery to the department of health so that’s what I did. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I just want my breasts revised or a refund so I can get them redone. They look terrible! I cannot even wear certain clothing because of it let alone a swimsuit. Can someone please give me some advice on what else I can do at this point. Thank you

Regret going here! Botched lipo! Stomach is uneven, bumpy & full of fibrosis

First off, I went to Dr. William who shows these beautiful girls 4mths post op who aren’t wearing fajas and are sitting by the pool flaunting their gorgeous bodies. MY REALITY… the faja was way too loose after surgery, I was dripping blood out of my chin since they put no gauze or tape over the UNEVEN lipoed area. I have never felt so much pain after a surgery in my life! Long story short… communication is HORRIBLE. I sat for 6 hours pre op and it was like a factory of bodies coming in and out. Never saw doctor William. And as I had blood work done on my finger for a Covid test, the person drawing it asked where the blood came from on my leg… I had no idea and I had no cuts anywhere on myself. She must’ve forgot to clean the chair or something because that was not my blood!!! I should’ve stopped and walked out right there but was so desperate to get this done and spent so much to get down there and for the stay. Everyone said I did not need a tummy tuck. I only consulted with who I assume was a PA. Didn’t see Dr. William until 5 min prior to the surgery when he cut me off as I was explaining why I was there. He stated “I didn’t ask your whole life story!” And laughed making me feel like a complete idiot. He also stated he’s surprised I didn’t go to Dr. Constantino since I mentioned I was going to go to him before I chose Dr. William. My sister and a friend of mine went to that guy and their results came out excellent! He said he learned off of Dr Constantino which made me question myself but I still went ahead with my surgery. Outcome?! Horrible!!!! My stomach looks completely disgusting and uneven, bumpy, full of fibrosis (and I have been getting my massages performed since day 1, 3-4 times per week with ultrasonic cavitation, the vacuum suction, radio frequency and lymphatic drainage for the first 8 months. Then, 2 times per week for 3 months after that, and now once per week for months following them!) I can’t even take a photo of myself without feeling an overwhelming amount of regret. I’ve been paying for massages (500-800$ per month) for over a year and there is little improvement in the past 6 months. They tell me to go back down to Miami to “check if I am a candidate for revision” even after seeing these horrific photos. I live in nj and I work 6 days per week in the medical field. Not to mention I have reached out so many times and had no response until I post complaints. I am over it and I will consult with Dr Constantino or someone who is more experienced and possibly able to help me IMPROVE the condition. There is still leftover fat in my lower back and stomach and my chin is also uneven. I also workout 4 days per week in a group HIIT training and barre classes. I’ve reached an average of about $18000 for this entire procedure. I can’t wear a two piece because my stomach is completely ruined!!! I should have never went to this place!! I am extremely disappointed with my stupid decision to go to Miami.
